Beware! I do not recommend it this establishment. They convinced me to do work on my car. My car has never had issues (newer car only owner) until they worked on It. I brought it back for them to look at and fix whatever may have been going wrong and they told me it was something else that of course was going to cost me hundreds of dollars. I took my car to the dealership without saying anything to the dealer they were able to see the improper installation and work that was done on my car. They were able to fix it at a cost. I trusted this place don’t make the same mistake I did. I won’t even take my car there for any oil change any more because it’s never just that they lie and tell you that you need things you don’t.

Thank you guys! Jiffy Lube (Stuart), you really have an AMAZING TEAM. Special thanks to Fransisco for doing the hard work, having outstanding customer service, and going above and beyond to check any other necessary bells and whistles and wiping down my windows as the ‘cherry on top’. It’s really the little things that count. Jiffy Lube definitely has an asset. Also, thank you to Jack G., Derek S., John C., and Brenden S. You all had me in and out of there in no time. You all are appreciated. This is one happy customer.

I had the best experience here yesterday! The guys were so kind and helpful. As a woman whose husband usually takes the cars for their oil changes, I was nervous about them being pushy on upselling me services. There was none of that! They were quick and so pleasant! I will definitely be a repeat customer here!

Went yesterday for an oil change! Customer in waiting room warned me they would try and do services you don’t need! Try to get him to do a coolant flush and brake flush for $310! Guess what? Did exact same thing to me! Manager said I would break down on the side of road with no coolant!. I said no, and watched them finish. Oil change was very expensive! I checked radiator when I got home, coolant was fine but none in reservoir. I had to wonder if they emptied it!
I won’t be back, horrible experience!??

I've been a loyal customer for about 8 years for the Stuart, FL store. I've brought multiple personal vehicles for services, mostly oil changes. This is the 2nd time (in a row) that I've had to reenter my personal information into your data base. Why don't you just use my cell phone or address, since I have multiple vehicles in my family? When I questioned the attendant, they did not have an answer for me. While I'm pleased with the service that I requested, I expect a better experience as a long time (regular) customer. I'll give your team one more chance when I bring my daughters vehicle in next month ~ if I have to enter my personal details in, yet a gain, it will be my last visit.
