I went to Johnson Honda in Stuart to help my son purchase his first car. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Nicholas, who assisted us throughout the entire process. He was extremely helpful, patient, and informative, especially since this was my son’s first time buying a car. Nicholas took the time to explain everything clearly and made the experience smooth and stress-free for him. Went to multiple car dealerships around the area on the hunt for a long-term reliable car for my son in college. From listening to our needs to negotiations, this was a great experience. Erick and Chris made us all feel welcome and heard. Barbara even gave my son a charging cord from her office so that he could start setting up his ApplePlay. An all around friendly, professional, and courteous group of people!

I’m in the buying market, and had been shopping online with Johnson Honda. A sales lady called me and proceeded to start talking without asking how I am or if I was available for the conversation. When I playfully said”wait, can we start over, you didn’t ask me if I was an available for this call.” Her reply: “If you weren’t available to talk, you shouldn’t have answered the phone.” 😟

Friendly people, the salesman who sold me the car, was very knowledgeable about his job. My battery was bad and I took the car back to the dealer and they hooked me up with a new battery for no charge. I told them I wouldn’t forget the help they gave me.
