I met Kevin through my mother who is a real estate agent. Her recommendation was a good sign that Kevin could be trusted and knew what he was talking about. Kevin helped me and my new wife buy a home in 2018. In 2021 he helped my son get a mortgage for the purchase of his first residence. My son was 20 years old at the time and had a limited credit history, so there were issues with qualifying for a mortgage. Kevin provided him with information that helped him to prepare his finances so he would qualify.In July 2022 Kevin helped me and my wife again in purchasing our most recent residence. On that last deal, we got the paperwork done and closed on our new place in less than a month.Besides walking us through compiling the raw data together necessary for these transactions, Kevin is patient and caring enough to answer whatever questions that pop up along the way. I remember years after our first closing, I called Kevin up to discuss a refinance and if it would be worthwhile to pursue that option. Kevin ran the numbers and told me straight up it probably wouldn't be worth it to refinance. I've felt he's always looked out for my best interests instead of just trying to generate business for himself and the lenders.In my most recent transaction with Kevin, he explained to me the purchasing of points so that I could obtain a better interest rate, something I had heard about but was not familiar with in how it worked.There have been times that I've called Kevin and had to leave a message and he's always been on the spot with returning my calls. One time I left a message for him during a holiday weekend asking him to get back with me during business hours when it is convenient for him. Within a couple of hours he called me back with the answers to my questions. I apologized for disrupting his weekend, but he said it was the nature of his business to be available at all times. After that, I tried to avoid calling on the weekends--everybody needs a break.One last thing I feel is important, to me at least. I'm not a wealthy guy, and the mortgages Kevin has helped me with have been modest. In the back of my mind I would wonder sometimes about how the smallish size of my borrowing stacked up against that of the other client's Kevin may have had. But I never saw that from Kevin. He always made me feel that my business was the only business when I talked with him and I felt respected.Anyway, that's the kind of guy Kevin is and that's the kind of stellar service he provides. Thank you, Kevin!
