Purchased our center console about 2 years ago now. The armrests for the front seat were torn. They tell us we will take of them and get replacements. Still waiting.. Apparently the factory is still making them. All I get are excuses. Have plenty of texts to back up this review. Beware, make sure everything promised is received before payment.

I just took delivery on a Tidewater 2500 Carolina Bay from Legacy and have had an excellent experience with them. Vincent, our salesperson was very helpful with me and my wife as we worked through our process of deciding and options. Russ did a great job of rigging out the boat. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful, I highly reccomend them for your next Tidewater. Also, I had my boat rigged up with SeaKeeper Ride, which is pretty awesome. Definitely check that feature out.

Wow ! What an incredible experience at legacy. They truly care about their customers and they go above and beyond. From the moment we spoke to Jeff in sales , to Lauren in the office , Jessica who dealt with our documents and communication, to Pablo to our mechanic Jeff.We came down all the way from New York because from our first initial phone interaction with the team over at legacy they made us feel so comfortable and as if we were in great hands and we truly were.The entire process from start to finish was seamless , detailed, well explained, and comforting. We have bought boats before and let me say this was our best experience yet . We would do the 18 hour drive down and 18 hour back All over again just to deal with this team.Our mechanic Russ was so detailed with our walk through. He gave us all the ins and outs of the boat as well as tips and tricks . He answered all our questions and made sure everything was set up, tested, and working upon our arrival.They made sure everything was ready for us and in wonderful condition for us to trailer back to New York. They were accommodating , and great communicators. I must say I was worried about dealing with a dealership so far from home but boy do they make you feel like family at legacy. None of the pushy salesmanship and trying to push all the bells and whistles on you as most dealerships would and have in the past for us. I cannot recommend this place enough if you’re looking to buy a boat from anywhere in the U.S.Pablo and Vincent were incredible waiting for us to pick up the boat and helped show us how to properly get it hooked up and gave us recommendations on things to do and look out for on our long drive back to New York to make the process stress free.We look forward to returning to legacy in the future for more boat purchases.The icing on the cake was when we went up onto the boat to look it all over and our puppy was in the car waiting for us. He locked us out of the truck and even opened the bed of the truck. Oh and the keys were locked in the car with him! Pablo and Russ came to our rescue by making a make shift grabber that we could put through the sunroof to unlock all the doors and windows. Here’s a picture of our little menace for giggles !

I had an incredible buying experience from these folks. Everyone that had a hand in the boat sale all the way to delivery prep did an outstanding job with attention to detail and incredible attitudes towards my family and I as first time customers.Vincent is an expert of his craft, super knowledgeable about his boats. He kept in contact with me constantly during the entire purchase process even when he was out of town on vacation.The service department had my boat cleaned up and added a brand new safety kit with everything I could possibly need to be legal on the water.Lauren in financial was very punctual when it came to all the closing documents and titling the boat.100/100 I will be back to purchase my next upgrade boat from them!

I had an excellent experience dealing with Legacy on the purchase of a Tidewater 232 CC. My salesperson Vincent was extremely knowledgeable about the boat and was outstanding throughout the entire process. I live in NJ so this was a long distance purchase. Vincent as well as Jessica in service were both great with communication and keeping me updated. I love the boat and can’t recommend this team highly enough!!
