Terrible billing service. Was prescribed a cpap. Was told insurance would cover it. The cpap was not something I could get used to so it was returned. A months later I get a bill. Call and talk to billing and now told my insurance only covers 80%. This was not discussed prior to starting. After letting the person in the phone know this I was hung up on. Beware of this as they will try to lock you in on false information.

I've been using Lincare for many years of the branch in Stuart. Florida is excellent. Anything I need they go out of their way to provide me with machinery oxygen, and any therapy. I have they come over quickly to help me anytime. I need help if I'm traveling, they will make it a point to help me in whatever city or state I am in. They are my lifeline and I wouldn't switch carriers. Thank you Lincare. You're amazing.

I spend winters in Florida and summers up north. I needed my concentrator up north but left the large unit in Florida. I called Lincare once I got up north and within an hour they made all necessary arrangements and delivered my brand new quiet air concentrator. Thank you!

We use Lincare as my mom’s O2 supply provider. Our previous provider was not reliable. Lincare has exeeded our expectations with great telephone customer service and great in person delivery service. Antonio usually delivers our tanks and he is AMAZINGLY friendly and kind. I have only pleasant words to say about Lincare and Lincare employees.

i call yesterday for my 86 years old father who need oxigen refill and Andrew tell me today i will have the refill here in my house and now 5 pm i call back to see what happened and Andrew tell me i have to wait until monday for refill is like telling my father oh please dont breath until monday

I find access to Lincare just another automated, robotic health care company. Very little human contact. Lack of personal contact in response to reqursts. Lincare is just typicaal and ordinary.
