I bought impact windows and installation at this Lowe's they use Farrow construction to install the windows. Farrow Started the installation on my windows on December 4th 2023 it is now January 13th 2024 and they are still not done!!! I have called the project coordinator 6 times last time I demanded to speak to a manager. The manager Patrick on Jan.09,2024 apologized and promised to take care of everything and was going to call me back on Jan. 12th 2024 to make sure that Farrow Construction was ready to complete the job. You guessed it Jan. 12th came and went without a call from Patrick or Farrow. WHAT A Disgrace!!! Well the owner replied to my post and gave me a phone number to correct my problem, it just got me back to the same people I have been dealing with. Anyway they are making me contact their inspection coordinator to schedule another inspection for the work that has been inspected and nothing else has been done. they are telling me that the inspection that I have is just an in progress inspection and Farrow construction will not finish the job until I have a final inspection, kind of like pass it before you see what is in it. Well anyway now I have to continue to try to coordinate the job that Lowe's was supposed to coordinate with, I think they should be paying me instead of me paying them thousands of dollars. Well after trying a few times Lowe's inspection coordinator got back to me and scheduled the final inspection. Guess what it failed because no other work was done since the last time he was here. Just what I have been telling them for a month and a half, Common sense what happened to the customer is always right! Well the job still is not finished, but I am hoping it will be this year.

Tried to exchange my full /defective Rhino Propane tank and exchange for one that would dispense gas. Purchased at Lowes but did not have my receipt. Lost it or misplaced. RYAN the store manager would not honor this and so I had to incur another 21.00 exchange fee. Absolutely, ludicrous he mentioned that it was posted as such. So regardless if the valve is defective YOU WILL PAY TWICE without your receipt. Buyers beware. After purchasing thousands from this store they will not be seeing my money any longer. So sad. Now I know why Home Depot has better GAS now!!!! and better service.

Prices are never updated , and the workers act like that’s all your problem, have had very rude cashiers , when you have to go get the money refunded they are clueless at CS desk never a smile.Guys in the isle may ask if ya need help but when they don’t understand they get an attitude , one even said I don’t know what he’s doing when he came to me I didn’t ask him.

Today, I went to Lowe's to get a piece of glass cut for an antique bookcase. I was returning one that was cut inaccurately. I was told by customer service to go to the glass-cutting area, and someone would assist me. It took 3 intercom calls and over 20 minutes for someone to come to the aisle. Finally,the Assistant Store Manager, Dan Miller, came by and stated he was trying to get someone who knew how to use the glass cutter. While calling for someone over the radio, he began to try and cut the glass himself. He stated he had only cut glass once or twice in the past and it was a long time ago. He was persistent, methodical, and careful as he began to recall the process. He apologized to me multiple times and stated I should not have had to wait so long. I thanked him for his concern. Dan figured it out before the staff member he was calling arrived. He again thanked me for my patience and gave me the glass to return to customer service for the exchange. To my surprise, Dan Miller showed up at customer service and assisted the cashier with my exchange. He "comped" the piece of glass and thanked me again for my patience and business. While I may not have enjoyed being in the store for 40 minutes for one piece of glass, Dan Miller's customer service was something I have not experienced in a very long time. Mr. Miller, I will be happy to continue to provide my business to Lowe's in Stuart because of YOU! Thank you again!!!

Used to work here and still love to shop here. Associates are always helpful and polite. I love the new online ordering get in get out. Not crazy about all the self checkouts now but hey that's the way things are going.

Do not purchase the craftsman gas push mower products from this store. I had saved and purchased a mower at the beginning of the summer season and within 30 days i was having issues with it shutting off. returned and purchased a replacement identical m230 push mower $500 now replacement mower is over thirty days and having issues. won't start. Now the Delima ....... Lowes won't return at store and craftsman is telling me i have to take it to west palm beach, Okeechobee, or Vero beach. to have it serviced. this is a consumer nightmare and I hope this review saves anyone from making this purchase. because this situation is not ideal for anyone nobody should have to drive two hours per trip total 4 hours to resolve manufacture issues. I should have known this was not a good purchased, the plastic carburetor should have been a sign. now I know what grandpa meant by they don't make things like they used to.
