DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.Several weeks ago we purchased refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove.The stove exterior surfaces around the edges of the appliance reach temperatures in excess of 200 degrees in less than five minutes. I've been burned twice.A technician came out and said this is normal. It absolutely is not normal."Customer Service", which is anything but customer service, just called me and told me that they are not going to do anything whatsoever to remedy this dangerous situation. I am on my own to deal with the manufacturer of the appliance they installed in my kitchen.I gave one star because I had to pick a star.DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

I had 2 technicians here today Josh and Jacob they were phenomenal they didn't leave until they fixed my problem and I so appreciate it. Anytime I need an appointment I will be there at Jetsons

Run,Don't walk from this business. I bought a kitchen full of appliances 3 years ago and had a service call on a ice machine and refrigerator. They came out 2 weeks later in December 21 and told me the repair for the icemaker was 395.00 and the parts were in stock but needed to be ordered and it would be fixed by the first week in January. Thinking not bad, I fully paid the labor and parts for it to be fixed. Fast forward to October 22 after multiple calls to the service dept, the parts are in and scheduled to be fixed. They came out after 3 appointments missed on their end, and the same j*** from the first visit came out and installed the new parts with an attitude and went on his way without me machine dropping one ice cube. Called the next day after running all night and they said I had to wait 48 hours to even schedule another service call. Waited and they said could not come out for 2 more weeks. The same guy came out and said it was the wrong parts and needed to order a different part. I said forget it and I will call the manager. I call and speak with Jessica and she assured me that they will refund me the cost of the parts but she needs the parts back. Refuses to offer any kind of credit and is busy trying to sell me another ice machine. We agree they will pick up the broken ice machine and immediately credit my credit card for the original parts that were paid for last year. They came and picked up the ice machine over 6 weeks ago and I still have no credit for the parts. Called multiple times and no call back. Giving up. Do not buy anything from Jetsons appliances !!!!! I would post a picture of the icemachine, but I don't have it. They do !!

We purchased $25,000 worth of appliances from Jetson last October and expected to have excellent customer service. This was simply not the case. Our Fulgor Milano stove started malfunctioning in July of this year. We opened our claim with Jetson in July and it is now October. Jetson uses pinnacle to repair the appliances. Pinnacle has been out twice to look at the stove and brought the wrong part. The second time. It has been a month, and nobody can give us an answer regarding our stove from Jetson or pinnacle, We have tried to contact Jetson and and have gotten nowhere to date with a repair. The customer service here is horrible. Expect to get voicemail. Leave a message and no one will return your call. If you talk to a staff member, they are rude and unhelpful. Do not purchase your appliances from here.

We had a need to replace a microwave. We chose Jetson Appliance. when the microwave was to be installed, it was discovered a granite backsplash needed to be trimmed for it to fit properly. The installer said he thought they had someone who could do that. He left a voicemail with his boss and said we should get a call back. We received a call to reschedule the installation. When I asked about trimming the granite, I was told I would get a call. After waiting 24 hours I went to the store. The person called installation and left a voicemail. I mentioned communication would help with my frustration. The next call I received, after the weekend, was to tell me my installer would be there. When he arrived I was told they had no one who could trim the granite. The microwave was returned. The person who I had spoke with earlier simply said, "that's what I thought". On my way out the door my salesman said, "have a nice day, ... or whatever". Buying appliances? If communication and service are important to you, you may want to look elsewhere.

I ordered a dishwasher from the Stuart store and was told delivery in about 3 weeks.. It's been nearly 5 weeks and absolutely no communication from the store. Good service includes good communication. Just let me know it's delayed. Is that so hard? Very disappointing. Maybe I should have gone to Home Depot.

My review must have been deleted, here it is again.Nope! Definitely go anywhere else, installer left gas leak under outside grill which could have blown up if I turned it on. Put a nice screw through my brand new cabinet installing my fridge which would have sliced a hand open. Ordered a part on Friday, says it will be in on Monday or Tuesday, I leave 3 messages starting on Tuesday, goes on vacation for 15 days. No word back. Thanks, thanks allot!

We had a great experience with Jetson in Stuart during the repair & replacement process for our dishwasher. Ron Flint was helpful and pleasant on my first visit to the store. He recommended that we have the service department assess the situation before we purchased a new one. The service department was able to get a tech out within two days. Unfortunately, the parts needed to repair it would have cost more than the dishwasher was purchased for, so we decided to replace. We went back to Jetson’s that same night and had another great experience with a different salesman. We got a $50 credit from our service call applied to the price of the new machine and it was delivered and installed the next day. Their prices on the dishwashers were competitive and their prices for delivery, installation and hauling the old machine away were cheaper than anyone else in the area. In addition, the service department and our technician, Josh, were very helpful in completing the needed paperwork to submit to FPL for our surge protection coverage. We are very satisfied and will shop with them in the future.

We were looking for a commercial grade gas range so we were dealing with the builder's side. Our salesman was terrible. Total lack of personality. Zero follow up with us or follow through with items we had problems with after the sale. Their service department is terrible. Zero follow through. Zero communication between the office and the repair guys. I paid a ton for my Jenn Air range and have had terrible customer service. I would never recommend Jetson.

Incompetent. Could not fix a plugged drain. The serviceman wanted to put in a new drain for an exorbitant charge (the appliance is 2 years old). Just found out from SubZero that Jetson's is not an authorized repair facility. Would never use them again!The serviceman commented that the quality of these high end appliances is declining due to Obama's energy efficiency regulations. This comment was unprofessional and has nothing to due with biofilm clogging a drain.

Never had such a terrible experience! Avoid at all cost. Go somewhere else! June 2020 - Purchased a room AC Unit from the floor. Asked if there were any issues if we could return it as we never had the brand before. Was told of course, we stand behind our products. Unit was very loud and had a very annoying vibration issue. Brought back to PSL location within 1 week, neatly boxed, with all inserts. Was told no mgr on duty on Sunday's so they could not accept the return?! When we questioned why they couldn't do a simple return on a defective product the clerk said - that was their policy & they really don't take returns without a 25% restocking fee anyway, and to read my receipt? Had receipt in hand and it said nothing about that. It said on special orders 25% restocking fee. This was a in stock unit that was defective non-the-less. Then he said something about Covid. We had driven a long way to return and were getting nowhere. Husband asked if we could return on Monday to Stuart location since closer to our home. Clerk said yes. On Monday husband took the boxed unit to Stuart location. They refused the return stating they will not take it back due to Covid. My husband said its been boxed for 4 days and it was in a very clean shed for less than a week. Still would not accept the return on their defective product!! And would not refund us!! Husband got frustrated at this point and the clerk said - "He hopes my husband catches COVID! What?! The receipt says to call J.T. Jetson if we have any issues. So I called the main office in Ft Pierce and asked to speak to him. Had a calm conversation with his Secretary Betty who said she would have to call their Legal Dept.??? Over a $150 AC unit? She said she would call me back. She never called. So I was forced to contact our credit card company and filed a dispute. Jetson had 15 days to respond and in the dispute they asked them how they would like the handling of the return of the AC Unit. 30 days go by and no response from Jetson so they closed the dispute and credited us for the Unit. Sept 2020 - Received a registered letter from Jetson threatening us with THEFT / FRAUD charges if we do not return the Unit! (Why didn't they just respond to the Credit Card Company? This was completely un-necessary.) The letter states that it has been cc: to the St Lucie County Sheriff Dept and the Martin Co Sheriff Dept.!! (signed by Gail C. Lucas) We had brought it back 2 times and tried to get the owner's secretary (Betty) to tell them to let us return it. Folks, Im not making this up! This is really happening! over a small $150 AC Unit. - Go to Home Depot. The Unit we purchased from them is quiet and we know they stand behind their products. - This is beyond incomprehensible. All this because we decided to be "Patriotic" and buy from a "small business" and get an "American Manufactured" product. 60 yrs old & Never have we had such a disturbing encounter with a business. Its completely bizarre. Don't bother - life is too short - too much drama.Just gets worse folks: 9/24/20 after ph conv company arranged to pick up unit. As you can see by the response below how this company operates - In June the Credit Card Comp said they made it clear the Unit was boxed and ready and to make arrangements to pick it up. They are stating that the Unit works after (finally)picking it up & citing COVID?? #1 - We hv better things to do on our Weekends than install and then uninstall a AC Unit - drive 40 minutes to return it - and then again rush from work to get it to a different location to return it - call the owner - and ultimately hving to contact our credit card company. No contact for 4 months. Sept. they mail a Cert.Letter DEMANDING the Return of the Unit in 5 Days - or Police Action will ensue?! (thought they were afraid of COVID) Why drama? Just call & make arrangements to pick it up. #2 If your so worried about COVID how did you test the Unit to see if it works? AND Why did you bother to come pick it up 4 months later? - We

THEY ARE OPEN ON SUNDAYS!!!!! Rob, the Assistant Manager, was able to order the four kitchen items we needed and they will be delivered 2 months sooner than Lowe’s. They’re local and great customer service.

Service call gone wrong!!! Came to fix a small leak from my ice machine. Stopped the leak but now the ice machine doesnt make ice. Before they repaired the leak the machine made perfect ice. Now they say it is a coincidence ? and... want to charge ME for another new part 550+.
