The girl who runs this store is super unfriendly and not very helpful or honest about the services they offer. I will gladly go out of my way to go to another Metro store just so I don't have to deal with her.

Staff was friendly, but would never recommend them. They told me I would have good coverage so bought a new phone from them and paid for it in full. Coverage was awful and they tried to fix, but nothing worked. After 3 months forced to buy another phone and switched carriers. They never mentioned my phone which I owed nothing on would be locked for 6 consecutive months. $700 later I'm stuck with a new phone that is locked to Metro and they said they will not unlock it. That's not right when I own the phone and they did not give me the good coverage they promised.

Had a really good experience. The rep was very knowledgeable and professional. The price for two upgraded phones was a little expensive. The store was clean. No bathrooms too grade. I highly recommend Metro.

I bought a new phone yesterday the most expensive Motorola available and it's not getting signal in the places my other phone did. I was also having a problem with backup and I was hoping I could get this sorted out but they were not willing to help me. Very condescending and rude. They laughed in my face. they found it hilarious I'm having problems with this brand new phone told me I got hustled and going to do is buy a new phone and I'm stuck with this one. For nearly 400 bucks I expect better service.

Metro has the worst service I have ever experienced. Since switching four months ago I've only had service about 20% of the time. The rest of the time it says 'emergency calls only'. I literally lived one mile from the Metro store so why have a Metro store in an area that is not serviced. So then I move and of course no service still. I go into the store and they say call, I call and they say not my problem. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't waste your money.
