This location has the RUDEST employees. I was so excited to have one closer to me here in Stuart but driving to the one in Jensen/PSL is worth the drive….These girls cannot be BOTHERED with simple questions. I’m a big spender at Michael’s too… you guys should learn some customer service.

I really like Michael's but the non friendly staff is hard to overcome. I asked about paper flowers. Immediately, I am told, "we don't have those" I asked to please confirm, and I received the same answer. Hubby and I begin to search, and in aisle 11, we find paper flowers. Train your staff to assist by actually searching

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY APPLYING FOR THE MICHAELS IN STUART!!!!!
As some of you may know there is a new Michaels coming to Stuart. I'm very crafty. I enjoy being creative and helping others. I thought that might be a great fit for me as a job. So I went online and filled out an application for a FULL-TIME position. Which was a choice on the application full-time or part-time. I was extremely excited when I got the interview email. Only to find out that the (FULL-TIME) is only for the first 2-3 weeks. Also they pay 12 dollars an hour... ? In THIS Economy??And after the first week or two the hours would be 12 a week. 12 a week??? 16 during season.
Now I understand why all the employees there, if you can find one, look extremely stressed. ? As a person who already works two part-time jobs, I was so excited to think I might be able to work one job and pay my bills. I'm so disappointed in Michael's, I feel like I was lied to. Is it false advertisement to put a full-time position on an application you know is not full-time?

Although I have shopped at Micheals since childhood, I have to be honest it's lacking in stock lately. And I find myself going to Hobby Lobby to get what I need. But only after stopping at Michaels first.

Went in, found what I needed, and waited for a cashier. There was only 1 person in front of me. When the cashier started to ring up the 3 items that the person wanted to pay for, there was an issue with an online coupon. I waited patiently for 4-5 minutes. Finally, the cashier called for assistance. I waited 5 more minutes, and no one showed up. The cashier should have asked the person in front of me to wait for a manager and ring my one item up. I walked back into the store to put my item back on the shelf and headed for the door. The same person was still at the register and no manager??
