Midflirida never disclosed about $$$ fees on paper statements. I want my banker to be open with me and I particularly asked about any hidden fees prior to open accounts and read the fine print. 🤣😵💫 taking my business to a different bank 🏦 asap

I came in there this morning because they don’t have a bank in West Palm Beach Fla and the young man that supposed to took care of me lied saying my new card was ok I called the 877 number and the 866 number 5 times and it’s so dam sad now I have to come back to Stuart Florida tomorrow to get another card and I think he need to lose his job if he don’t know what he’s doing. Just imagine I had to get my medicine and couldn’t get it and he Mess up my card ITS NOT RIGHT HIRING PEOPLE THAT DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOIN I AM SO PISSED OFF

Highly recommend! I refinanced my car with mid Florida and also left with a checking account. Trent was very professional and knowledgeable about the account. I will be back open my business account.

I cannot say enough great things about MidFlorida Credit Union, specifically the Stuart Branch. Trent the branch manager has excellent customer service skills. He made my husband, me and dog feel welcome to the bank. Marco was our banker and was very helpful and attentive too! I returned a second time and experienced the exact same excellence in customer service from Trent and Marco. I highly recommend banking with MidFlorida Credit Union, Stuart! Ask for Marco! You won’t be disappointed!

We have dealt with Credit Unions in previous states we have livedMoved to the area 3 years ago, connected with the Kanner Hwy branchTrent is very professional and detailed which I appreciateTellers are very helpful, we use the drive up a lot , nice to have the extended hoursThey also do not push services on you which is nice , but if you inquire they are knowledgeable and detailed to explainTrent is excellent and represents the CU very well, don’t lose him

I love my new credit union. My first day I met Manny or Manuel and he was SO helpful and kind. He welcomed my mother and my 10 month old into his office with a warm smile and very kind demeanor. ( I'm not sure why the other review here says he was rude... I did not get that impression at all and doubt that he was). For us, he was nothing short of knowledgeable and professional.***update I've also spoken to Lilly the loan originator and she is also very nice and you can hear her smile over the phone. We have yet to meet in person but I'm certain that she will be as thorough as she was when we spoke.

Waited forever for Manuel to assist me. My online banking wasn't cooperating so I went to the local branch. Dustin Allard is who I usually work with and he's fantastic. But Manuel was borderline rude and not nice at all. I was able to make my transaction while there but only after I came up with the solution to transfer money from my other bank to midflorida. He wanted me to go pay a fee at pnc for wire transfer ten dollars then charge me another 10 dollars at midflorida to receive it. This is ridiculous as we already have linked accounts with payments made on the car loan midflorida holds. I said " can't I just write you a check from pnc to midflorida and you put the Money in my account?" He's like, yes you can do that. Why didn't he suggest that as soon as I explained I couldn't get the online transfer to work. Instead I was subjected to his condescending attitude after waiting 15 minutes with no one in front of me just to write a 40k check there to go into our midflorida acct. Horrible. Ask for Dustin always. He is a professional. Manuel needs some training in customer service etiquette.
