This review reflects NAPA as a company, not the employees. I’ve always had great experience with the staff, they are friendly and helpful.
DO NOT BUY ELECTRICAL PARTS FROM NAPA.
I bought a voltage regulator which was defective straight out of the box. It was boiling my battery and straining all of my other electrical components by charging at 20 volts. I spent 2 days working on my vehicle trying to source a bad ground wire or connection, replaced my alternator, battery, battery cables, tore my entire dashboard apart. Only to find that the voltage regulator (brand new NAPA brand) was defective! Bought an AC Delco regulator and back to charging at 14.7v instead of 20v.
I tried to return the defective NAPA brand regulator, only to be told that they do not accept any returns or store credit for their parts.
I’ve always enjoyed going to Napa, they were always my first choice for parts. That has changed! I will not be returning based on their company policy. If you buy electrical parts from them, you’re basically gambling with Chinese parts which we all know are garbage.
I hope this review saves somebody from wasting their precious time and money (and saves the skin on their knuckles).

Payed extra for the top tier wheel bearing. And it failed less than a year later. Called to try and have it warrantied but they require a receipt. They do not keep you in the system like autozone, oreillys, etc . I will always go anywhere but here from now on, and recommend you do the same.

Great local and friendly place to get parts.Went in for some threaded battery terminal wing-nuts and got immediate and very helpful service.Highly recommend !

I called them asking if they could drill some holes in an aluminum catch can and rethread them, drove all the way out from PSL. Only because they said sure we tap holes all the time! Just to have some bald hack named Larry or Jerry tell me it wasn’t even possible. Guy said I was wasting my time and I should just buy something purpose made. We’ll I left bought an NPT tap & a drill bit for $8. What do you know it took me about 5 minutes a hole & I had to wait in the tools… wow.
