I want to give a big shout out to Jeff. I was there today having a mental breakdown and he helped me find the right part for my mother‘s car if he sees this thank you Jeff and I told my mom we would bring the car in as soon as we got it fixed so she can thank you in person

I had a dead battery (tested dead) 3 months out of warranty and the manager cut me a break and replaced it. Not all store managers would have done that. Thanks.

Great store, dropped off used oil, exchanged two oil filters, purchased 3 oil filters one cabin filter and one gallon premixed antifreeze. Great friendly service.

Nice staff! Seriously..but they never have my parts man! Only top shelf options! Then I was told not to buy the Amazon parts cuz they suck..but guess what..same brand...1/3 the price ! Sad but true

Always like the counter guys, not the norm, very informative & go the extra mile! I had a battery that was out of date over the 2yrs warranty per the sticker on the outside but they looked me up by my number, most ppl don't want to give there number, come to find out i had another 8 month from the actual date I purchased it, gave me battery under warranty cant beat that!

Best service ANYWHERE! The salesman saved me money, and helped me install. THEN, when I locked myself out of the vehicle in his parking lot, he spent 45 minutes helping me get back on the road. I'll never shop anywhere else!

I was trying to take my 2 & 4 year old to the doctor when I found out my battery was dead. I got a jump and drove to o’rellys. I barely was in the door and explained my kids were in the car and asked for help. They immediately helped me and even gave my kids toys to play with while they were waiting. They just got a life long customer and pizza is being sent to them for lunch!! Thank you guys again!

I just went to oreillys auto parts on federal hwy in stuart florida, I was looking for parts for my car and the man that was working jim assisted me. I was being polite giving him all the information to the car to get some knowledge of the vehicle. I asked him if he can search some things up for me and he got really rude stating that I should go look things up myself because he wasn't going to do it for me. I got really upset that he came at me that way he was so awful. He shouldnt be working in a public job. Carlos the other worker was there in the moment. Carlos was also somewhat rude. When I asked for his name he stated can't you read. I will be contacting corporate in the next few days does type of people shouldn't working for a company. Jim the manager there told me to leave his store for no reason. I was there to purchase some parts. He is a liability to the company. He looked at me like if he hated his job. I will not be going there anymore.
