Paid almost $40 for a car wash plus a tip and still left with a dirty car. I had to go home and rewash the bottom of my car, rims and tires. Never again will I waste my money here

Worst CarWash ever! I payed 75.00 for a car wash that should’ve been free! Finger prints left all over window was still extremely dirty & didn’t even touch the mirror they also left my truck running at idol for an entire hour while they were “cleaning” it! Save your money and don’t go here!

After being under a messy oak tree my car needed some extra TLC. They did a great job detailing it and getting all the sticky gunk off. Like brand new!

Short staffed - not so busy it should take them an excessive amount of time. The least they could do is tell the customer long wait - been here close to an hour - -only two lanes open for washing - no apology for long wait!! Been coming here for years - time to find a better car wash.

The receptionist was fantastic. The work however was terrible! I paid $170 to have my carpets cleaned. They smelt worse than when I dropped them off. I called and they were happy to re-vacuum them and re-shampoo them the next day only to have the same problem they didn’t clean several parts of my car and I found a banana peel inside a cupholder that was shut so not only did they miss that once but they missed it twice. I will never be back unfortunately.

I paid $27.99 plus tax for a full-service car wash at the Stuart location, plus tipped the staff $5. It was raining, so I wasn’t expecting a perfect exterior dry, but I came specifically for the interior cleaning, which was a total letdown.
When I got my car back, there was still sand on the seats, dust on the dashboard, and the door panels hadn’t even been wiped down. I had to call someone back over to clean it again—and even after that, I had to grab towels myself to finish the job, inside and out. That’s not full service. That’s me doing their job after paying nearly $35.
What’s worse: I emailed the company directly and never got a response. I’ve been here several times in the past and always had a good experience, which is why I drove to this location instead of the Port St. Lucie one (where I’ve had issues). But this time? Completely unacceptable service and zero accountability.
Would love to see some improvement here, because right now, I’m not coming back.
