“Dana is truly an expert! We are so incredibly grateful for all of the help she provided when we adopted a parrot! She groomed his nails, wings and beak and took a DNA sample without causing our bird any distress! And she took the time to give us a lot of helpful tips on food, handling and general care of him. The store is incredible and has everything you could possibly need (including another bird or two ;)”
“The store I want to hang out in.. run by real humans! Wagnolias is like coming home to customer service the way it was long ago.
If they don’t carry the product I want they happily order it and follow up by phone to let me know when it has arrived.
The personal touch that is so hard to find is alive and well here and the staff clearly love what they do - and the four and two legged creatures who walk in. The fact that they bake drool-worthy human- ingredient dog treats will just make you want to hang out even longer.”
“Can’t say enough about this product!!! Fresher than I could make. Always consistent. It’s all my puppy has ever ate. Her coat and health are perfection!!! Thanks, Coleen for helping keep my dogs healthy and happy!!!!”
“We drove 1.5 hours to the Boca Raton location and arrived around 6:30, knowing they closed at 7. Adriana was absolutely wonderful, so kind, patient, and welcoming even that close to closing time. She never rushed us and made the whole experience so pleasant. Customer service like that is rare and truly appreciated. Thank you for being so gracious at the end of your day! We love our little Chai! ❤”
“I am very happy with Kate who has groomed our dog, Sophie, for the last 3 or 4 times. She is a mini goldendoodle and Kate gives her a great haircut and all that grooming includes.”
“Good communication, convenient and excellent price. I have 3 shepherds and all three have shiner coats, more energy and less allergies. Plus they love this food.”
“I regularly visit this pet supermarket location but have never left a review. I witnessed such exceptional service the other day (Tuesday 7/28/26 around 5pm) that I just had to write a review! The young lady working in the aquatics department was super knowledgeable on the proper care for each of the fish in the store. I observed her assisting several customers and giving them 100% correct advice on how to make sure their fish thrive. It is rare to go into a chain pet store and see the staff care so deeply about the welfare of the animals. I watched this young lady guide a young family through proper aquarium set up, appropriate tank size for the species of fish they wanted to keep, etc. She was patient with all of the questions and truly went above and beyond. I also appreciate the fact that this location offers live plants in the tanks as well. Even the hermit crab display has the proper amount of substrate. Shout out to the entire team for the display of proper care of animals.”
“Best grooming my Wheaton Terrier has ever gotten. Complete trim and perfect length. With the Priority Appointment she was taken right in without being put in a cage and when I picked her up it was the same treatment in reverse. Thank you very much.”
“Absolutely ? Love Love this place they are the best staff and Dee the trainer is a miracle worker with my Dog ? Blue. We started the beginner class and he has learned so much his behavior is ? times better, they have everything you need and the prices are reasonable, but it's the people (Staff) that keeps me coming back. They are the Best”
“I was walking by and saw the mini schnauzer and stopped to play with him at the window. He stole my heart right there. So I came back to check on him and I was so excited the whole time and feel the love and he was bringing me. I lost my girl at 17 years old. she was a mini schnauzer silver. Her name was Bell Belle! I got Dallas and he has so much joy he has renewed my strength. He gives me reason to get up in the morning. I can’t even Measure the comfort and joy that he’s brought into my life. The staff are amazing. They’re very helpful in every way. By far cleanest pet store that I have ever seen, beautifully set up and the manager is unbelievable. She assisted me with so many questions, her knowledge is impeccable way to go Noble Paw! Now go find your forever friend”
