“Dana is truly an expert! We are so incredibly grateful for all of the help she provided when we adopted a parrot! She groomed his nails, wings and beak and took a DNA sample without causing our bird any distress! And she took the time to give us a lot of helpful tips on food, handling and general care of him. The store is incredible and has everything you could possibly need (including another bird or two ;)”
“The store I want to hang out in.. run by real humans! Wagnolias is like coming home to customer service the way it was long ago.
If they don’t carry the product I want they happily order it and follow up by phone to let me know when it has arrived.
The personal touch that is so hard to find is alive and well here and the staff clearly love what they do - and the four and two legged creatures who walk in. The fact that they bake drool-worthy human- ingredient dog treats will just make you want to hang out even longer.”

“We drove 1.5 hours to the Boca Raton location and arrived around 6:30, knowing they closed at 7. Adriana was absolutely wonderful, so kind, patient, and welcoming even that close to closing time.
