“This was my first time ordering from reef cleaners. I have had a few salt water aquariums over the years and usually I go through local shops or another online store. I LOVED the experience. Uploading a photo of my tank, what I was looking for in a clean up crew and quickly receiving a suggested, customized clean up crew was so cool.
The ordering process, shipment and arrival was a smooth process. I could pick my arrival date so I could be home for it. The snails and Hermit crabs I received, 100% alive, acclimated very well (acclimation instructions included) and all are doing well. Clearly, reef cleaners knows what they are doing.
The response time for any suggestions requested or comments made, very fast. I will definitely use them again and I am so grateful for this business!”
“I apologize for not getting the young man's name but he was very knowledgeable in the fish department and the prices are average I would recommend going here due to the fact that the staff are knowledgeable about their departments and that can be very helpful”
“Staff is always helpful and seems to take good care of the animals there. I just saw 3 month old cat Poppy who is the definition of a sweetheart. I wish I could've adopted. Hopefully he gets taken home with love.”
“Crickets for my Tarantula is the order of the day. They have "small" crickets for my sling, they are close and Jason was able to talk me down off the ledge when I was worried that my T is to small for these "small" crickets. He was super nice, knowledgeable and amenable. I go back every week or two. :) Thank you Pet Supermarket! You can trust me, why wouldn't you? ;D”
“I want to start by taking the time to express my sincere gratitude to the owner (Fred). He took such quality time with me and shared a wealth of knowledge. They produce quality colubrids with very detailed lines. He truly has the right snake for you, and if he doesn't, he can probably produce it. They have experience tracing back to the 70's and definitely have the experience needed to deliver quality reptiles. They won a new customer, a new friend, and definitely a big fan. Thank you for allowing me to visit. I truly had a Reptile adventure while I was there with Fred. I'm so happy with my Platinum Cal King.”
“This store is the best for variety of dog food & supplies. They have a great self washing station & the staff are super helpful. Always return & always find a goodie.”
“the humane society of st. lucie county is absolutely amazing! the staff are always so kind, helpful, and welcoming. 💗
my family has been struggling a little financially, and sometimes we don’t have enough dog food to last until we can afford more. they’ve been a huge help by allowing us to get dog food from them once a month, depending on their available supply. it genuinely means so much to us and takes a little bit of stress off our shoulders.
we’re incredibly grateful for everything they do for the community and for families who may need a little extra help. the staff are wonderful, and you can really tell they care.
10/10 — absolutely recommend!”
“My family decided to purchase a hermit crab and the associate Sam helped us pick out everything we needed to make him a happy home. She was patient while we were picking our new friend & answered any questions we had. At one point she asked another associate if she’d forgotten anything and I really enjoyed seeing them working together as a team. Thank you again. We love our new pet.”
“Great selection for cats and dogs. The cashiers are always so helpful and friendly. They’re always looking to help you save money. Highly recommend. This petsmart also works directly with Dogs & Cats forever which is a non kill shelter. Also highly recommend adopting from there.”
