Spent 30 min in store waiting to buy fish to then be told I couldn't have them iv got a 60gal tank I was just told I couldn't have a 2 in fish unless I proved to them I had 125 gal tank for him when I questioned why I needed so much she claimed it was for oxygen purposes meanwhile there's 5 of them in a 5 gal tank pet smart needs to get off there high horse will never be back and look forward to this entire company going outta business

Kudos to Stacey in the fish dept. Refreshing when an employee, working with fish etc, has extensive knowlege/expertise. Stacey rocks!

I wish I could say something about my experience shopping at this location for fish, however I can not, after watching the girl drop one fish on the counter then three onto the floor. I refused to accept those fish.

This review is for Pet Grooming Department. Staff at this Jensen Beach store was pleasant (nothing special, not angry but not happy either). Place appeared unkept. Not sure its ever been sanitized and sweeping doesn’t appear to happen very often. I was disappointed that you pay for extra services that you don’t receive. Essentially they determine what service they’ll provide and not refund you for the services not provided at their discretion, which is usually all the extra stuff. Definitely overpaid for service. If you choose to go here, just pay for the basic pet services (ie. bath, haircut nail clips) and you’ll be fine. Don’t fall for the extra upgraded packages. My pet was supposed to have all kinds of extras like fragrance spritz but did not come out smelling like anything except wet fur smell (even though my pet was dry). Honestly not sure if they even used shampoo. Needless to say i was disappointed and will likely end up going somewhere else for future grooming services.

I have been a petsmart grooming customer for over 10 years but as of my last 2 visits I will never return. The new lead in grooming Kelly is horrible, lazy , rude and disrespectful . She would rather shave all dogs down instead of brushing. That would explain why both dogs there were getting shaved to their skin when I showed up. I brush my dog everyday so I know that other than 2 knots below his belly (that I said could be cut off) his beautiful long hair could be brushed as it had been for 10 years. Her associate agreed when she did the initial check with a comb. A few min later I got a call from Kelly, not the associate that did the screening , saying she was going to shave him. Though I agreed to pay an unnecessary extra fee for matting she said no she would shave him so I turned around and picked him up. I made another appt with another grooming company and they had absolutely NO ISSUES with my dogs hair and he still has long beautiful hair! She needs to be fired!!!!!!
