Been here for a year at least, very professional, very clean and customer service is great. Only down fall is the phone app sometimes is a pain but that’s technology. I’d 100% recommend and would reuse this facility for the future. Thank you

Love it !!!! Very convenient, super awesome , sweet , kind , thoughtful manager . She really is great !!I have had A LOT of storage units the last few years . A LOT !!! This place has everything I need except a bathroom .Because someone had to mess it up for the rest of us !!Addition :They are ver very very thoughtful , caring , considerate , funny , I enjoy conversation with them . They are also available 24/7 in case of emergency. Also are quick to handle any situation that may arise in the utmost professional manner , with compassion, & considers for all !!! Even the furry ones !!I’m impressed!!I find myself safe and comfortable under the care of this facility.?

I am the owner of Andersen Moving so I have been to most of the storage facilities in our area. I always recommend Plantation Storage for a couple of reasons. The facility has easy access to almost all units on property. The staff is constantly cleaning up the grounds, many times they even grab our trash sitting by truck before we can get to it as they come by. Kim and everyone else who works their has always been nothing but nice and helpful. Lastly, they don’t waste your money selling you a lock, their locks are electronically controlled from an app on your phone and unless you give them access to your unit they cannot open it from their end.
