always clean and neat. not the cheapest place in town. They charge you money if you don’t give them 2 weeks notice before moving out. Never had that happen before other storage facilities. 3.5 stars

The storage building was clean and helpful finding flat carts available inside. access was good and very few to no insects in the climatized areas. Only negative was the often increase in the monthly rental fee.

The smoke damages are in my clothes and personal belongings. It appeared that someone heavily smokes, what appeared to be cigarettes . Can anything be done regards to the damagesbir ghastly caused to my personal belongings?

Go to any other storage unit you can find, prices on the website that are the deals, do not match if you go in person and book & nobody will price match it. I needed a large unit and one that was available was in a "climate controlled" building. I loaded my items in there and would come back at least every week with more items and to check things out. Note, this is all of my home and personal belongings while I was finding a home here. In the unit next to me, there began to have a mass puddle of water in front of their door and creeping into their door. I called multiple times because I went multiple days in a row to see that it was still there, the response I got was "we'll make a maintenance request" not one person ever came, not one person from the front desk came to look at it. In that same time period, I made a call saying that the air conditioning was not working and it was cooler outside than in, the response I got was "it doesn't work all the time." I started to unpack my unit this week and there was standing water on the ground, mold and more water leaking in. My mattress is destroyed, I have furniture, destroyed. I have boxes and bins with mold growing on the outside and inside. I went to the front office, they didn't even come to the unit to see the water and take photos or make notes. Their response was, darn that stinks well here's our email and you can send us what happened and we'll try to submit it to insurance. The most unprofessional, uncaring, storage unit I have ever used. You are paying over $300 a month to have a large climate controlled unit and instead within a few weeks.. building with a roof leak, mold growth on the ceiling and floor and broken air conditioning. The comment that got me was that when I move out, I have to have a walk thru done to make sure the unit is clean or I will be charged extra. They are fast to charge you extra if your unit isn't sparkling but not willing to walk over to look at a large leak on the floor or your unit that has been destroyed. I wish I could contact other people who have units in that building to let them know that their stuff is also probably destroyed and unsafe to be around due to mold.

I've had storage units at four different places prime storage is awesome and the staff is awesome and they're real people who treat you like a person and I'm happy to be there

Facility and staff are nice folks however, I paid four days in advance and was locked out on my move day. I had a crew of movers that couldn’t get into the facility or my storage unit. I contacted the customer service for Prime Storage and they sent me two emergency codes that did not work. I was asking for a resolution and action because I had money into a move/moving crew etc and a clear date delivered to them. On the call with support, I didn’t get any straight answers and eventually the customer service rep hung up on me. Nice! Ultimately, I had to drive from West Palm to Stuart six times over the next two days as a result of this poor delivery from Prime Storage. Additionally, since my moving crew had charged me and was unable to finish the second half of my move to the storage unit, I was forced to ask my 70+ year old parents help me finish the move. It’s crazy to think that a storage unit could really disrupt your entire move that badly. I contacted the manager the next day and asked for some sort of resolution, conversation, or compensation. To date, I have received no calls and no outreach back from Prime Storage. I work in corporate so I get that there’s going to be problems. However, a professional company seeks to provide solutions when something like this happens. I guess Prime Storage does not feel the same. The situation is still fixable but nobody’s reached out to me to date, nearly two weeks past this event.

It's clean but they keep raising the prices which feels like every other month. I realize everything is going up in price but dang a 5 x 10 unit is now up to 120.00 a month. That's insane
