The owner, John is a honest, hard working person who knows how to fix things. I've been doing business with him for years. Never had any issues with the service at all.
He is compassionate about the work he does. He often suggests ideas for improving our rides which is welcome as far as I am concerned. Work is done as promised as well as in a timely manner.

I didn't catch his name, but the owner of that shop was the kind of guy you want to deal with. Such a helpful guy. I got the sense that he's in the business because he likes helping people. That store has a soul, rather than feeling like a purely profit driven retailer. I plan on doing all my business there from now on

Rarely do you find a dealer as friendly and helpful as John. Does all the work himself and will go out of his way to "make it work". I'm eighty years old but think I'm twenty and want speed speed speed. Work in progress and thank you John for putting up with me. New, used or just repairs John and his pooch are fantastic.

This is the best biker shop ever. While not much stock if you need you bike repaired you will not get ripped off and you will get a perfect repair.

After doing some shopping around town and speaking with some other shops. I decided to stop by ProCycle. As someone who is looking to get in the hobby of MT. Biking. I’m a true beginner with not much knowledge at all. John the owner, was only a stand up guy. He was pleased to give me all the knowledge he could. He explained the details of the bike, what to look for in a bike and some of the terminology.With in the first minute of walking in, John made me feel as I was “regular”. He didn’t push me into any bike just gave me facts and encouraged me to make sure I wanted this bike and research it. Very awesome person and business.Loved the experience, 10 out of 5 stars. This will be my only bike shop.

Sorry to see the shop in this state. I bought my first real road bike from John at his old location. I check in whenever I'm in the market for a new bike. Might not have what i'm looking for but I check just because of my first experience. I know new bikes are hard to come by these days but I'm in the market and did my stop by today. Saw John and said what size I'm looking for . He shows my an old titanium bike that needed work ( I saw rust on components) and he stated it needed work. I told him I was looking for a high end road bike. He said that was high end. Then he said "there's the door" and to "do research on titanium". I know about titanium but its not what I'm in the market for. He then said " you like carbon. You need to do research on titanium" like I was some A hole. I explained I was just stopping by to see and to help a local shop. I went out the door like he told me to. Needless to say, I'm never going back. Maybe the industry has been hard on him but John is now an official..you know what. Sad to say. Never been kicked out of a store before when I'm willing to spend thousands.

It was so nice to find a locally owned shop with kind, friendly service at reasonable rates. John provided excellent service tuning up our Dahon folding bikes. We tried other bike shops; it seems Trek has bought them all and wanted $90 just to put a bike on the rack. That didn't include the tuneup! Many thanks to John for allowing us to keep riding our bikes safely and affordably. We highly recommend this shop and hope he stays in business for a long time. Thanks, again, John!

Can't speak highly enough about my experience at ProCycles! I brought my bike in to have a flat tire repaired after having the same tire changed at another area bike shop the week before. Instead of just changing out the tube, John did a careful assessment and found structural issues with my tire. After explaining that I only needed a quick fix until I get the bike home, he didn't try to upsell me with a new tire and provided some of his 'tricks of the trade' to get the tire ride-able in the interim. Knowledgeable, professional and personalized service at a very reasonable price. This is how you wish all the businesses you deal with would operate. Thanks, John!
