My wife and I got Publix subs and as we were eating them my wife found this fly in her sub. I called the store and the customer service manager did not do anything. When I told him about the issue he didn’t respond till I asked for some type of refund. Even then he gave us a lazy answer.

Convenient place to shop because it's close but if you need to get anything done at customer service stay away. Lorena from the counter is extremely mean to her workers and customers alike when overwhelmed.

This publix is great, the new renovations worked out well! But I'm writing today about the bakery. The cannoli supreme cake is by far, hands down, the best publix cake I've ever had. Being a ligelong floridian that's a long history of various cakes over the last 30 some odd years. That cake beats them all!
