They lists things on Ebay and when people point out issues instead of correcting them or answering the questions from experts on the product (I have 50 years of expertise in my fields), they block them. Items are now selling way under there value on ebay because they will not listen and the people with the money to spend are blocked. And without explanation. Never did anything wrong. Asked questions and pointed out discrepancies in answers. Instead of learning, blocked and I have 100% positive feedback and am a professional buyer for over 100 clients!I wonder if his clients that are trusting them to get the best price are aware of the complete disservice they are doing.I never bought, just asked pointed questions that they refused to correct the listing, then saw it relisted after item was returned and box was much worse for the wear. Needs to to either accept they made a mistake or get thicker skin. Always helpful and never nasty in my communication.Take it easy and read without malice.

I dropped off thousands of dollars in fishing reels in June 2023 and they were sold on ebay. I have never received any money from this company. I guess it is a case of seller beware!!!!

Highly recommended. The Owners are selective with the merchandise they will take to ensure it will be able to sell. They work with you to price the items appropriately and do much research before listing. Further, they continually monitor and re-price as needed, and take care of all client communications and boxing/shipping. Like many people, I had many items that I intended to sell "one day"..... that sat around for years. It was a relief to find this business to assist me. Highly recommended.
