Scanning my ID to purchase tobacco is an invasion of my privacy. You can see my ID with my date of birth just fine. What are you doing with my personal information obtained by scanning it? I don't want you to have my name and address. And where is the common sense? I frequented this gas station on a daily basis, you know I'm old enough, I saw you yesterday and I'm still in my mid 40s. So are you trying to be aggravating or are you selling my name & address to a third party? I'll be spending my $22 a day plus $60 a week for gas elsewhere. How much did you get for selling my personal information?

Can’t say enough good things about this RaceTrac. Honest good people. I dropped some money a few days ago and the staff held on to it and gave it back. They also showed me an act of kindness. Don’t see that very often. It’s a reflection of good leadership and feeling like a valued customer here. Thank you John (3rd shift manager) and Crystal. You guys are the reasons I don’t go to any of your other competitors.

There is this young man working behind the register right now named Janathan. I apologize if I spelled that wrong.I think I got it right off his name tag. I think he's the only one working and you would never know it. He is so efficient, he had 2 registers going. He didn't have a line even though the store is full. And he was extremely pleasant and nice and I hope race track sees the value they have in this employee. They should be paying him for 2 or 3 people's jobs. He was kicking butt. I am running late to something right now but I had to stop and leave this review for him because it was so refreshing and I wanted to make sure I didn't forget to do it. I hope his bosses see it. He's awesome, nice work finding him.

Kids wanted frozen yogurt. Half of the flavors were out and there was only 2 toppings. The lady said they clean everything on Sunday, so Sundays and Mondays everything is usually empty and a bad day to get yogurt. Basically just wasted $20

While pumping gas I saw these trash cans promoting a shorter life span and ill health. Strange way to promote customer retention.

I’ve been going here for like 18 years now Andrew has been the best person I’ve ever met. This man is super nice and just really helpful. The general manager is also very cool. This place has some of the best staff I have ever met! I love it here my favorite racetrack hands down

So RaceTrac just lost another customer permanently! Now I’ll go out of my way to go to family owned WaWa. This Race Trac in North Stuart is always a problem. Today they didn’t have change for a $100 bill in the register, and because there was writing on my $100 bill, they couldn’t put it into their new bill change machine; which allow them to get more change; so the only choice was to refuse me service on a Friday afternoon! Ok, I’m convinced….off to WaWa!
