I’ve gotta say, Bryan (co manager) has GOT to be the textbook example of elite customer service. In all my years I’ve never encountered such a pleasant and truly caring employee. I feel like I’m at a loss for words with how spectacular this guy is. The sun would shine brighter if everywhere had en employee like Bryan.

The co-manager ‘Bryan’ should/would truly be THE manager of this location. He is truly kind and makes it a lovely place to visit. I am an atheist and a true believer of separation of church from everything. But something about this gentleman makes me have a 10000% better day when you leave and he says “God bless you!” Like yes sir! I’ve been coming here every Saturday without fail for over 11 YEARS. Has only gotten better with him here.

For some reason the doors are always locked once it’s dark out, and nobody will let you in. Twice I’ve been here at 10 pm and can’t go inside.

If you looking to work for this establishment look somewhere else as a former Racetrac employee my experience was one of the worst the general manger there is lazy unprofessional and very rude I was written up with a doctors for a fracture in my hand and asked very rudely what my restrictions were I basically did everything in that store while the general manager stays in the back in front of a computer or just puts up back stock or was taking personal phone calls will tell you were short staffed but then takes a week off of work constantly threatens you with documentation if you have kids and need to take off for them you will be threatened with documentation and after leaving has asked other employees where in working at to retaliate as well has did not pay me my full pay check what every you do don’t apply for this Establishment as well don’t contact corporate about an issue with that story if you were a former employee because they won’t answer you, they don’t even call you back, If you work for Racetrac immediately leave Worst place to work in Florida.

I’m mostly here early in the morning before work. Number 1: not 24/7. Number two: the guy that works in the morning with the ponytail for the most part is very rude. Never greets you or even acknowledges you the whole time you are in there. I was just standing at the counter checking myself out while him and another employee stood LITERALLY 3 feet away having a personal conversation and didn’t acknowledge me once. Another co worker came in though and they both stopped their conversation to say good morning to him, so clearly they aren’t that oblivious. Just really bad customer service early in the morning.
