Not enough staffing. 2 registers and a line all the way to the back of the store. Fitting room wait was almost 30min as they closed the back fitting room while the store was packed. Nightmare with two kids trying to get an early jump on back to school shopping

Came in the store today for earrings for my daughter because she lost one. The hole was starting to close up and dad (me) was too scared to push it through. Miriam offered to help me! May seem small, but it was a big thing that she could have just as easily watched me struggle. She really saved the day, keep that one happy Ross

Very upset with how an employee and customer acted. My son sat on one of the furniture benches and the employee as well as the customer started yelling “get off of it” repeatedly. Rather than standing in front of it so no one touches something they are about to buy they start yelling. So when I said “ oh I’m sorry we didn’t know they are going to buy it had I known that we wouldn’t have touched it.” She goes oh she didn’t know you didn’t know they are buying it. How am I supposed to know you’re buying something if I just walked up and if you’re not standing anywhere near it. Very rude people in this establishment that don’t know how to properly speak to people. ESPECIALLY THE EMPLOYEES
