Just went in there to look for some products to help my hair for my engagement pictures and there was a very nice girl working with short pinkish hair. she was super sweet and very helpful gave amazing suggestions on a smoothing balm! Love her she’s amazing!!!

I was extremely surprised when the man working today got very Rude w me when I disdn't take his advice on Hair Color. I asked his name & he wouldn't give it to me. I have been a customer forover over 20 years & never ever had anyone be so rude ..... this man does not need to be on customer service!I hope the manager sees this....

One bad apple can ruin a whole bundle. To the man with the lavender hair, not only do you have no business insulting people, but you probably shouldn’t be interacting with the public at all. Your nasty comments that you blatantly lied about speak volumes to the person you are. If your going to be a trash human being, at least be man enough to own up to it. Why you would find it acceptable to trash talk somebody who shares the same passion you do is beyond me. I hope you find the mental help you need before you hurt anybody else who is unfortunate enough to cross your path.

I visited Sally yesterday needing hair coloring supplies. I've never had to do this before as I've always bought box color or have my stylist do it for me. I was clueless and didn't even think about needing developer, gloves, etc. The ladies were so helpful and very nice as I kept realizing I needed more things. They could have easily been annoyed with me but they were great, thank you!

There’s a young girl (I sadly didn’t get her name) that has short black and green hair..she is incredibly sweet and helpful every time I am in the store! She’s fun and positive, she always has a recommendation. Thank you to her for always being kind and helpful

I went there and had an amazing time, I was looking for a good hair gel that doesn't leave white flakes behind because it bothers me so much and the employee there I believe his name was Thomas helped me out so much it was so helpful I mean he broke it down to me and really help me out , then I was trying to surprise my girlfriend with a good color hair dye and the store manager came out her name is Dimitri she helped me pick out a great color and a long lasting dye and I really appreciated both of there help I mean Im not hair dye savvy but when I left there I feel like I learned a thing or ten great staff and great place to shop 10/10 would recommend to everyone
