Seacoast Bank is a great bank to do business with, I have been a member since 2014 and have no issuesquick customer service. I love how this bank blocks companies that sometimes try to put a hold (fees) of $75-$100 on your card when you use it at the gas pump. Also, they don't allow excessive ATM fees if you use a non-Seacoast Bank ATM.Thank you,******

Recently put in a fraud request as Probably less than $100 was charged on my debit card. About the hundred dollars, I was more concerned the card number was compromised. I Contacted your fraud department and they credited the account about $100.I get a letter in the mail stating they deduct the hundred dollars from my account as they said that the item was delivered to my house.I’ve had up thousands of transactions with SeacoastBank. They’ve made untold money on me and I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I know, for a fact, I didn’t order anything and I know for a fact nothing was delivered to my house. You would think somebody with some brains would look at my account and say, “ Boy, this guy has been around for a while and has done so many transactions with us. There’d be no way that he would call us for $100”Either somebody fixes this or you can Kiss this customer goodbye. And I’ll make sure all my friends family and associates switch to Marine Bank with Nicki Maslin.I should also mention my wife used to work for SeacoastBank and they laid her off while she was eight months pregnant. Even that we stayed with SeacoastBank.

I would recommend Seacoast to anyone who lives in the Treasure Coast area, they are simply the best Bank around. All of the major chain banks (TD, Wells Fargo, Citi, etc..) treat you like a number on a paper or a statistic while Seacoast on the other hand actually values their customers and treats them well.My mother who banks at Seacoast had a fraud related incident occur with her card earlier this year. A fraudster took her card number and spent a lot of money. Seacoast had the problem resolved and the money back in the account in days if not hours. Most of the other chain banks would outsource you to some call center in India or Pakistan somewhere where your problem would not be resolved.Nope, not here at Seacoast. At Seacoast you speak to real people who understand you and who live in the Treasure Coast. Bank here!

07/31/2023 My dad had an account with ********************** at the ********** branch. I was on his account as he was elderly. When he passed, I had to make several calls to try and make sure everything was taken care of in order to close the account. Everyone I spoke with at this location was extremely kind, compassionate, caring and went out of their way to help me and make it as easy as possible. Words are not enough to express how grateful I am for their eagerness to help me during this sad time. I would highly recommend this Seacoast branch in ********** for your banking needs. ******************

Everyone at this bank is helpful and kind. I haven’t had the best money management skills and they give me a courtesy call to inform me that my bank is about to go in the negatives. No bank has ever done that for me. Every Friday I go in to deposit my checks and cash I have the privilege of being helped by Christeen. She is so kind and has a warm welcome. She is efficient and intelligent. I have to pass 2 other Seacoast banks to go to this specific bank but it is 100000% worth it to say “happy Friday “ to Christeen. She is the best!!

Today I couldn't use my bill pay unless I accepted a 31 page agreement. It said it was and updated agreement, when I tried to find out what changes were made not one of five people I spoke with could give me an answer. So tomorrow I am changing banks. They use to be great, I was with them over thirty years but they went down hill and the employees in the banks don't answer the phones they let the calls roll over to the call center. I was going to leave a few months ago but my favorite person there talked me into staying. I am sorry I didn't change then. they are catering to the young people who are involved with social media they don't realize the older people are the ones who invest and aren't overly computer literate. I happen to be good with a computer but I don't like feeling like I am being black mailed by my bank. They didn't seem to care that Ive been a customer thirty plus years. oh well time for a new adventure. I saw TD bank seemed to have some good reviews. A friend suggested Chase. Whatever bank you go to read your paperwork or have them go over it with you. BTW the bank is in Stuart FL and I am too. For some reason it came up I was in California???

I opened a business account with Legacy Bank because it was a small, local bank. It was acquired by Seacoast Bank in August. Without exaggeration, not one single transaction has been completed without issue. It has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business I’ve ever dealt with. I can’t wait to pull my money out tomorrow to switch banks. HORRIBLE BANK!!

I bank here because they're local and usually responsive. They seem to be experiencing some growing pains of late, but they are very friendly and helpful once you get their attention. They've addressed my concerns, and my review will increase to 5 stars if they stay that way.

Thanks for making your on line banking site more difficult to traverse through then the previous one. And thanks for adding a $10.00 a month service fee to accounts under $1000.00. Lets see if you can hurt seniors and people that aren't well off financially as others a bit more. maybe make it a $20.00 fee. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!Still waiting for my calendar

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!! If I could give zero stars, then I would. This bank put into motion a new set up with their online banking website and then it let everyone's debit cards read "DECLINE" over the weekend when trying to make purchases. HOW DARE YOU!!! I will now be looking for a new bank/credit union. Here's a thought Florida, why don't you have more National banks in this state and all over this state like other states do? Here's what happens when you don't have National banks. I've never experienced so many problems before moving to Florida. This bank owes all the members who were embarrassed with a decline message from Friday, Feb. 4-6 while trying to use their debit cards.

Don't waste your time. I opened an online banking account. The system would only let you fund it with 500.00 via a debit card from another bank.Their website states,"If you use your existing debit card or a direct transfer to fund your new bank account, you'll get the funds faster. It's no fun to wait while your money remains tied up in banking limbo. An unexpected expense or emergency could crop up, in which case you'll want to be able to use your money IMMEDIATELY."Good to know that Seven (7) days is the new immediate. I'm sure they will come up with some mumbo jumbo about the "existing card" being another Seacoast card, but that's not what it says. The money was taken from my other account immediately, but they are holding, basically cash, for seven days. I called to close the account and they told me I either have to go into a branch or wait the seven days to do it via phone. I knew better than to try and deal with Seacoast. The only reason I tried them was that I wanted an account at another bank, separate from my main bank, to use for online transactions, as I don't want my main banking info out there on the web. I guess I'm still looking....Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.Update: I tried to log in to the account. I get a message that my login is inactive. Called. A customer service rep comes back with seacoast declined the account. ???. I asked if that was because I told them I was closing it right away, and she said she couldn't give me that info, I had to wait for a letter. I asked when will I get my money back, she said about two (2) weeks. ? Yes, two weeks to get your own money back.

Called to verify a Cashier's check to expedite shipping. This is the first bank that absolutely refuses to verify a Cashier's check which will result in their customer waiting an extended time for shipping. Terrible customer service. The money has already left the customer's account.
