“Although I never had to meet Doreen. She made sure my unit was ready and easy to get into. The personal phone call first thing the morning after I rented was super appreciated! I’ve felt safe alone as a female which is hard to same in many storage facilities. Thank you Doreen!”

“I went to CubeSmart Self Storage today on a recommendation of a friend who has a storage unit there. I know she's been very satisfied with the unit she has and the service she receives there so I said I'd try it out too. And I agree 100% with her. From the excellent service I received from Lilly & Mario I couldn't of asked for more. I wasn't sure what size unit I needed so after telling them what I had to store they recommended the perfect size I needed which was smaller (& less costly) than what I thought I needed...I appreciated their honesty 😊 I feel my items stored there are safe which gives me peace of mind. The unit was clean (Lilly even swept it out before I brought my things in). I walk with a cane so I was delighted when they had a first floor AC unit available for me. I would highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone who needs a storage unit. I thank Lilly (which happens to be my name) and Mario for their exceptional customer service. And I thanked my friend who recommended CubeSmart by taking her to lunch😉 Thank You from a satisfied customer, Lilly”
