I feel very deceived that things were not disclosed at the Sleep Number store during the financing. I had a perfect credit score and could have bought the bed straight out. I am always trying to diversify my credit so the salesman said we offer 24 months' payment at zero percent. I was like great. That was the bait now the hook. I was led to believe that it was with a bank and would be similar to a car or house payment. NO..NO...NO. The "bank" is a credit card that I had no idea about. I didn't want another credit card..so I cut it up said card and did not activate it and am just going to pay directly to Synchrony Bank. NO....NO.....NO you HAVE to activate the card to access the bank. So not wanting to miss a payment I called to get another card already unhappy. Then a few weeks later I saw my credit score drop by over 50 POINTS!! WELL, they placed the whole balance of the bed on this worthless credit card that I didn't even want. guess what that does. It raises your credit utilization through the roof!! So I now have a card that I didn't want, even if I keep making the minimum payment at 0% interest still my utilization will be crazy high till I at least get it down to a decent number i.e. your credit score is going to be in shambles because you are always going to have thousands of dollars on this card eating it up. None of this was brought up. sleep number salesman said "bank", not saying the bank is a credit card bank (financial institution). I also want to say I like the bed so I didn't return it etc etc. So now I am just going to pay the bed off in full and cancel the card but it takes months and months to get that number back up. That's what pisses me off the most. Also, try to call sleep number support about the card and they throw up their hands and are like " That's between you and Synchrony Bank. I still would have bought the bed I just would have loved the transparency. I am filing with the BBB to report this bad practice. If you don't care about your credit score do it. However if you do care. Take all I have said into account.

Joe, our sales person was great. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the Sleep Number products. Very professional and lots of patience with my husband & I while we were deciding on which bed to purchase.

We just had a service call as prescribed by their customerservice. The service guy likesto talk down to customers and try and make a person feel totally stupid. The one guy that told me totally different things at original install, didn't speak at all. Their split bed turns into a V where things fall thru, apparently this is how it comes to be. It's not that way in the showroom tho. The cool/heat fans are loud and annoying in the stillness of night. For the large amount of money this bed is not up to expectations. I also don't expect to be laughed at by their service team. Is it worth the cost? Not feeling it.

We absolutely love our sleep number however - remote controller died and there is an 8 month backlog for remotes- but customer service is replacing as the bed is in warranty. Unfortunately means we have to use an air compressor to fix

The customer service is terrible. I purchased a sleep number bed a couple of years ago and the remote went bad. I ordered a replacement and it never showed up. When I called to check on the delivery was told it is back ordered. 2 months latter the bed has gone completely flat and they still don't care they say oh the remote is back ordered sorry if that causes any inconvenience.So we are sleeping on the wooden bed frame and they are the least bit concerned that two 67 year old's who both have broken backs are sleeping on a wood frame.

Worst decision for our new house we made. Have had the new mattress a little over a week and have tried setting based on what our showroom person suggested. I have not had a full nights sleep REGARDLESS of what the App say's. I feel every movement of my wife and wake up throughout the night. When I called to return it I was told you have to sleep on it for 30 days before you can return it. WHAT BS!!!!!! Our previous bed was a Tempur-Pedic and will be going back to that brand as soon as the BS initial period is over. Both our backs/body's ache when we wake up, I think I'd be more comfortable sleeping on the floor.

Tiffany, who helped us, was great. She was informative and patient, but best of all not at all pushy. She did not try to pressure us when we walked out the door saying we wanted to look around. I really appreciated that. We went back three days later and bought the bed Tiffany sold us on. The gentleman that helped us that day was also very helpful and informative. We are trying to be patient waiting for our new bed. We are excited!

We purchased our bed a year ago and basically had it in storage for 8 months while we renovated the house. Once we reinstalled it it did not work. We called the local dealership where we purchased it and no one was available to answer the phone. We called their nationwide customer service and got assigned to a lady who walked us through the process to reinstall all the software and then to reinflate the bed. It took over 1/2 hour but she stayed with us through the whole process and everything is working perfectly. While we were doing this the store called us back and followed up again the next day. Just great service!
