I’ve been coming here for four years and have noticed a decline in business. Maybe being considerate of others time is the problem. I couldn’t get in with my regular girl there so I booked with someone else and it’s just bad as a doctors appointment. They want you to sit and wait a half hour and that they were just guessing. There is no way that anyone wants to make an appointment for their nails to sit and wait half hour 45 minutes to be seen if that was the case I wouldn’t make an appointment I would walk in.

Every time I come here and make an appointment, I end up waiting 20 mins past my appointment time because they over book and take people that come in after you with no appointment just because they are a regular. Absolutely not coming back anymore. I’ve given them too many chances.

Been going here for YEARS. Made an appointment a day in advance. Showed up and told me it was a 45 min wait. They are so busy and can’t organize. I don’t want to leave but who has the time for this?! I’m done.

Had no appointment and they took me right away. Very polite, clean, nicely decorated. Service was ok. Felt a bit rushed. My regular mani pedi was done in 40 minutes.Cost was $50 although website says $45.Place had many customers so they must be doing something right.Id recommend itServices: Pedicure

For me this salon is hit or miss. Lately, it's a miss. The nail techs do not speak to but rather to each other. I thought maybe they did not realize that but at the end of my last mani-pedi the tech apologized for not paying attention and visiting with her co-workers so much. When I first moved here seven years ago it was so much friendlier. Recently the the salon has been updated and looks very nice, the prices have gone up, they are closed on Sunday's, and the customer service is poor. You may get a great service but most of the times not so much. The staff acts silly, unaware, and not professional. The three is only based on past experiences and a hope that they pay attention to these comments and up their game. Thank you.

First time going to this salon and will be my last. I thought the atmosphere was nice and was hoping to have this place as my new go to having just moved to the Stuart area. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm and right off the bat my nail tech gave me the worst first impression. Didn't greet me with a 'hello' or apologize for having me wait past my scheduled time, instead I received a "give me a minute I'm eating my lunch it'll be 2 minutes". Ok whatever I'll let it slide must've been a busy day. 10 minutes later he sits down like I ruined his lunch break. Didn't even look like he washed his hands he still had food on them. I have arthritis in my left hand and at times it can be difficult for me to bend my ring finger and middle finger. He asked me "what is it your first time?!" Like I'm such an inconvenience, I told him no I have arthritis and also just had a coffee so might be the reason why my finger is a little shaky. The whole time he worked on my left hand he would sternly hold my finger down and tell me to relax in the most rude tone and that he wasn't even hurting me. My friend even mouthed to me asking what his problem is. After he was finished with my nails he threw his hands in a 'shoo' motion and told me I'm done. Went to the front to pay him, even though he didn't deserve it I still tipped him and didn't even get a thank you. I remained quiet and respectful because who knows at the point if he would purposefully mess my nails up. Just don't understand the point in giving someone an attitude no matter how bad of a day you're having. I'll gladly drive the extra 35 minutes to Tipsy's Nail Salon where they treat their customers like family.

I get scared when a tech pulls out a box of tools not in a sanitized blue envelope. It happened here. Also there was more talking and laughing among the nail techs in their own language than customer service. Very annoying to hear them cracking up while doing services on paying guests. Won't be back

I should have read the reviews. I simply googled looking for a place that would do kids pedicures. Drove over 2 hours and stopped on our way to another destination. I made an appointment for what they call a Deluxe Pedicure and it lasted 15 minutes. Wouldn't recommend. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the tech who completed my daughter's nails was very nice.Service: Pedicures
