My husband forgot to apply his $15.00 coupon , I called maybe they can added as credit for next time, lady says NO! Well, okay .
And the cut was not even that great

Marie gave me a stellar, sharp, and professional haircut to start my new job. She is an artist, and is very good vibes, and friendly. I am definitely going to keep going back to Sport Clips just to get a haircut from her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The app wasn't working to allow me to check in. So I made the 25 min drive there thinking it would not be an issue. I was informed they aren't taking walk ins and and got nothing but rude sarcastic remarks. I guess everyone one was in a bad mood but thats no reason to take it out on customers. Very disappointed in how unprofessional the staff was. Avoid at all cost. Please adjust your hours if your going to stop taking customers before your posted hours. That's very misleading. Attitude is everything. They have a long way to go

Been going here for 3 plus years. They have lost all their professionals. Do not listen to what you want. Out of control with there sheers. After making an online appointment my wait went from 5 minutes to 29 more minutes. When I asked the Stylist why I was not called for she didn't understand she was new and let me walk out. Don't waste your time or money there. Plenty of other Sportsclips!!!
