Deceptive sales practices - beware! Usual sales pitch, free phones and iPads if you change to this plan. Totally bogus, have $1000’s of dollars in equipment charges and too late to do anything. Beware if they quote you monthly costs versus actual costs of plans plus equipment. T nobile advised to call them first before entering in to any equipment or plan changes.

Prepare to wait 3-6 hours for service. Also they don't know how to make and keep the changes they sell you. Terrible experience.

Complete waste of time. I came in told him exactly what I wanted, he had to go in the back room five times to sweeten the deal every time I said I just want the $45 that I was quoted on the website and he still kept up selling. What part about the customers always right don't you get?

I have been having issues with my cell service and with talking to the customer service at 611 they said I may need a new SIM card and to just go to any store. Well I did when I walked in a was nicely greeted and Sidney started to help me. By the way they have name tags on but they were not calling each other the names on the tags. As I told him why I was there some women jumps in I believe her tag said Mila I didn’t have a lot of time and boy she was pushy for me to but I new phone!! Hello I am dealing with Sidney mind your own business!! She would not stop so I finally said can we just put the new sim in my phone!?! After that she didn’t say two words to me! Sidney or whatever you name is you rock and if it wasn’t for her I may have bought a new phone.

I usually don’t write reviews but this place really deserved one after the amazing service I received. I had a young man by the name of Johnny, he was so quick to greet me and was so pleasant. He exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond, he was very elaborative on everything and helped me stay in my budget. He was so patient and helped me with everything I needed with no hesitation. Johnny even took the time to break down and itemize my whole bill before my transaction and my bill was exactly as promised! I have gone to this location multiple times, and I will deliberately drive from PSL to only go to this specific location because I know they will always give me a great deal each time!!

Stopped in to buy a IPhone 14 and was helped by the assistant manager Maili. She was very helpful, she helped me save money and also walked me through everything that was needed for me to set up my phone. Would recommend this location and would also recommend anyone to ask for her assistance.

This was the best transferring process I have ever experienced!!! Maili is literally the most energetic adorable person ever. She made this experience so easy and simple. And I mean Johnny definitely helped!! They both were freaking incredible! Definitely coming back to justsee them!!!!
