I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received at your location and to bring to your attention the unprofessional conduct of Manager Sebastian.
In July, I visited Stanton Optical for an eye exam due to issues with my prescription glasses, which were causing blurriness and dizziness. Since my initial purchase, I have experienced ongoing problems with my prescription. I have made several complaints and have attended two different exams in an attempt to find a solution, but unfortunately, I have not received the help I need.
After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I feel I have no choice but to request a refund for my purchases. Last week, the manager informed me that a refund form had been submitted and that I would receive my money within 3 to 5 days. However, when I called this morning for an update, Mr. Sebastian responded in an arrogant and unprofessional manner, suggesting I hang up while he "checked" on the status of my refund. He implied that I would have to wait longer without providing any clear answers.
I have also attempted to escalate this matter by contacting corporate, but the staff at your location failed to provide me with a physical address or email for customer service to send a formal complaint.
My experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel that I have been treated poorly throughout this process. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the appropriate government entities that oversee consumer protection and fraud.

Total waste of my time...they don't even have a 'live' optometrist at the location. Exam was done via face time. Then after getting results another staff member reviewed. Asked me if I was blind in my left eye?? I had already told them I had glaucoma and lost 30% vision in left eye....I was there for glasses but somehow the off site dr couldn't even prescribe glasses for me??? My recommendation is to go elsewhere. These folks are not well trained.

I went in for my first appointment in 20 years and was instantly greeted with a smile. My technician Angela made sure that I was comfortable and then I got to do my eye exam and they helped me pick out frames and I got them promptly. I highly recommend this place and their staff.

Im so glad someone finally said something about the employee Angela at this Stanton Optical location in Stuart. I Saw a video about her on tictok and she was very rude to me as well. She is very rude and disrespectful makes you feel less than. Won’t be going here ever again if she’s working there.

I had a very pleasant, comprehensive, and thorough visit today at Stanton. Kelsey greeted me and directed me to Jade for an eye exam. Jade couldn’t have been sweeter or more helpful. Then Bash met me with a tray to carry my selections. Kelsey gave me helpful input regarding my selections and future eye care options. Kelsey was also very thorough and pleasant. Before I left Bash adjusted and cleaned my existing glasses. Every step of the way my visit was so enjoyable and helpful. I got what I needed and customer service was outstanding! Thank You!!

I recently had an outstanding experience at Stanton Optical in Stuart. From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and the process of selecting and getting my new glasses was seamless. Bash, in particular, was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the options and ensuring I was satisfied with my choice. Jade(I think her name was) was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable during the exam. If you're looking for a place with excellent service and a hassle-free experience, I highly recommend Stanton Optical.

I am the woman who had the terrible experience at this location. Aside from being called poor, my personal information was used against me to “look me up on google”…well now people can look YOU up on google ANGELA. Angela aggressively ran up on me and asked me to “catch her outside” I do have video proof. While I admit to coming into the establishment already upset and visibly agitated from the phone call I had with Kelsey, I do not think an employee on the clock has a right to treat PAYING CUSTOMERS this way. And Kelsey, the sales manager stood there and let her employee degrade me infront of customers and other employees. Calling me poor because I couldn’t afford a product? Unacceptable. Im not even as upset about being called POOR as I am that one of your employees threatened me! Literally got in my face! And asked me to “CATCH HER OUTSIDE” Asking to fight a patient?? Absolutely unheard of. I will say I’m confused because Kelsey seemed to have rectified the situation the day prior and even agreed that Angela displayed poor behavior and apologized on her behalf. I even made it a point to thank Kelsey and tell her how grateful I was that she made my experience pleasurable. So for all of this to happen the next day, and for Kelsey to insist that I lied about leaving the store with trial pairs of contacts that I KNOW I left behind…is insane. I asked her to check the cameras and she said she had no access? I simply went in there to clear my name because I was being accused of lying about the trial pairs- and this is what I got. Thankfully David was able to rectify the situation overall but Angela needs to be handled appropriately because this was unacceptable behavior from an employee working for a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. Not just an eyeglass store, A DOCTORS OFFICE. Do better.
