While they are very nice when you are there and have an auto protocol for follow up it is BS and meaningless. They spayed my dog and 3 days later she had a terrible cough and choking thing going on. It was during the day I called them - they said they were too busy to see her. $400 at the ER. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and Friday July 15 2022, same thing. My dog puked up blood. They were too busy to see her - $499 at the ER. But they called 1st thing Saturday AM to see how she was doing with one of those BS save the customer calls. Never Never use them!

We highly recommend Stuart animal hospital. I can't say enough great things about the entire staff. Scooter got very sick and without them he wouldn't still be with us.

My dog was not doing well and after taking her to two vets Dr Ortiz was quick to find the issue and save her Life! All the staff were helpful, kind and professional. Dr Ortiz was attentive and caring with extra contact, to make sure that all ended well! His knowledge of both regular and Chinese medicine is a great combination. I highly recommend him! I live in Palm City not SC.....

So glad I took my kitty cat here. After many years of having pets this is the best place I've ever taken an animal. I feel confident leaving them in their care and expertise. Amazing doctors and staff!

Love Stuart Animal Hospital! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Dr. Ortiz is so nice and gentle. He explains each step and any concerns. He put our 16 year old boy to sleep for us but couldn't have been any sweeter. Very understanding. Now he has been caring for our rapidly growing rescue pup as well as our little Havanese! Highly recommend this practice!

I lived in Stuart many years but I also visited another state several times a year and I had a vet there as well. Dr Ortiz is great but I had a serious issue with Dr Katz. I had a senior dog with multiple issues and during one visit Katz recommended an antibiotic for an issue I already had medication for. This guy went nuts on me insulting me in the reception area in front of his staff and other clients because I refused the antibiotic. He has a god complex. He went so far as to accuse me of probably not even having my dog on heart worm meds. I offered the phone number of my other vet which he refused and continued his tirade. Saying if this was you you'd be at the ER in a minute. I never went back and I never got an apology. The most unprofessional behavior I have ever encountered. It was extremely upsetting.

Drs Katz & Ortiz are the best! Not only do they offer traditional veterinary medicine they are also open to holistic approaches. I recommend them every day at the Bark Park. Great place!!!

Genuinely care about the well being of your pet and Dr. Ortiz is extremely knowledgeable and keeps abreast of all new advances in vetinary medicine. Staff is very friendly. There prices are very reasonable, especially for the exceptional care that is given. I am so glad to have found them. I give them 5 stars plus.

Dr Ortiz and Dr Katz are THE BEST!!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff is AMAZING! Don't waste your time anywhere else, your pet will thank you.

Everyone is very friendly and caring. Doc is very nice and knowledgeable. This was our first time there and we will definitely go back. Reasonable prices. The whole office and rooms were clean.

I'm not one to sit and write a review, but my experience at Stuart Animal Hospital was exceptional. I have had a series of disappointing experiences at another office, that appeared to be disorganized and disinterested. Stuart Animal Hospital came highly recommended to me by a friend, and did not disappoint. I found the staff to be very thorough, knowledgeable and my dog (notorious for being terrified at the vet and hard to manage) was strangely calm and cooperative. I credit that to the techs there that clearly are very committed to their work. Kudos to Dr. Katz and a great staff.
