Every time I go here I get treated very well. The staff is always willing to help especially if something doesn't look right on me they are very honest.
I've brought in gently used items and received fair exchange for my items. Depending on what you are looking for the prices are very fair. I go back often. Sometimes I leave with a few things. Sometimes, I don't leave with anything. They've never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them even if I had a lot to try on or wanted to review higher end items. Tge other day I called to see if items were available that they posted on FB and they held them for me (Didn't even know they were going to do thst and I didn't arrive for a few hours!) I purchased two of the items they put aside. Always a great experience.

I just moved to area and had high end designer items; never worn. Louie Vuitton, Chanel, Jimmy Choo, etc…I was trying to consign them. They pay you cash after reviewing your items. I was recommended to this shop from another store. The amount they offered me was embarrassingly low. I have since sold my items on EBay. The older ladies at the front desk were also borderline rude. I won’t go back. On a positive note they did have some cute used purses.

I had a great experience visiting this location for the first time today! Jill was very helpful, patient, and kind. I’m sooooo pleased with not only my purchase, but my visit as well! I’ll definitely be returning to shop there again, the customer service was fantastic!

As a shopper the store is really nice. Lots of clothing. I had a bad experience at Platos closet and knew this place was owned by the same owner. I decided to give them a try at selling some unwanted clothes. I have a lot of I.N.C jeans from macys that I never worn, size 10. I have a huge lot of Zumba wear, 6 pairs of new leggings, and other workout capris, 6 pairs of bandnew rewash beach pants assorted colors, 2 off brand bags and one dooney and bourke black satchel that was in mint condition that I only used once retailed for 300.00 new. They only wanted to keep the dooney and bourke purse and I think 6 clothing items the 1st offer was 38.00, I told the sales lady that I would not let my d n b purse go for that and took it out of the bin. She went back to the computer and offered me 78.00 for the purse and clothing. I drove from psl and didn't feel like dealing with ebay. Both store seems to want to rip you off when selling your items. Platos closet kept a lot of my items and didn't pay me for them and now encore lowballed me on my items than changed their price when I said no. Check your inventory before you leave. Next time, I will just donate my clothes to someone in need. I will never return to Platos closet or encore again. Really sad how they try to take advantage of people.

OMG! I found so many cool things there at great prices. They have a range of brands to fit all budgets. I got a great pair of boots to wear on my trip to London. I will definitely be back to hunt for more bargains!

I bought some leather look pants about a month ago for Christmas party. Never wore until this past Saturday for Christmas party. Had them on for 45 min and they disintegrated. Took them backwith no results. I will never shop Style Encore again.
