I deposited a check I received from Nissan who bought back my 2024 QX60 Infinity under the lemon laws. When I went to the bank to deposit the check they told me there was no hold on my check and my funds would be available by the time I was buying the new car. I was with SunTrust since 1993 and then Truist bought them out. When I went to purchase our replacement vehicle the branch manager in Jensen Beach, FL told me the funds were being held by their corporate office for 10 days and the branch had nothing to do with it. This is a pathetic excuse for a bank. I would have taken the check to the bank it was drawn off instead of giving it to TRUIST to hold so they can earn interest. A relationship of more than 30 years when I kept large amounts of cash in my acount is meaningless. My wife is a school teacher and has no way to get to school without my car and inconvenience of me being without one...all for the interest they earn on $60,000 for 10 days. At 5% this is about $83. I appear to be a valuable customer...BS. I will be terminating my long-term relationship with this bank as a result of this final issue...TRUIST sucks and this is not their first time. SunTrust never treated me this way and when I went to the manager at SunTrust they could do something about policy that didn't make sense. Don't use them...you can't count on them! Customer satisfaction is 588 out of 1000...last I checked 58.8 is failing.

Mobile app is always broken. Can’t deposit my check because there’s “no signature” on the back but there 100% is. So frustrating. Will be switching banks.

This location gave me a truly racist experience. I have four accounts with Truist and normally bank at a different location. At this location I presented my license and ATM card with a check to be cashed. The teller looked uncomfortable and refused to cash my check claiming it was against Truist policy. I drove to another location and the check was cashed immediately.

Absolute WORST BANK in the entire world. Not talking about the company, but this particular location!!! EVERY time I come here to do any transaction, I literally have to wait 15-30 min every single time without fail. I’m actually writing this as I sit at the drive thru, been waiting 15 minutes already and haven’t even been acknowledged!! Horrible staff. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Absolutely the worst bank...find a better one. No security, lousy service, can't secure your funds...find a different bank. They are the worst bank I have ever dealt with. No customer service...complete waste of time. Accounts constantly compromised...bounce everything because they freeze your accounts....just the worst bank. Seriously find a different bank if you actually want to keep your money. ATM is always broken...they should think twice about their merger as they can not handle the client's they have now...what a joke. No managers available and covid is the excuse ...

New people are not helpful, after being ignored and listening to their personal conversations across the office for 10 minutes about their vacations I was told they could not assist in a wire transfer which the old employees would have accomplished in the time I waited with almost zero acknowledgment of me arriving.

Friendly enough, but with four people behind the counter, they should have faster service. It looked like one person was working and the other three were watching. If you have to go here, use the drive thru if possible. The tellers service the drive through, prioritizing drive though over lobby customers. I had to go in to get quarters, but I was told I could only get half of what I needed because the teller only had that much? WHAT? Then go get more, dude. You're a bank!

Bullies and cruel women. I used to work there and I was down right verbally assaulted by the employees. Reported the issue to HR and they did nothing. They talk trash talk about the members and gossip about your income level. Seriously the worst people I have ever worked with.

Worked today with Holly ~ what an absolute joy it was to do my banking with her. She had all the answers to my questions and said everything with the biggest genuine smile. Will be coming to this branch more often.
