Terrible bank! Always a problem cashing checks. Sorry we can’t cash your check, the account the check is with doesn’t have enough funds in it. Go to the next Truist bank and cashed with a smile! Second time this happened!

Since mid to late last year, I've been trying to get a resolution for a refinance/car registration. I was told that this would be a simple process that "could take up to 30 days". Not until today was this issue resolved, but it wasn't resolved by the bank. I had to take time out, multiple times, in the past few months, to personally resolve the issue myself. The manager of the bank took over my case after the initial consultant couldn't get it right. The manager promised me that this would be handled and that it "...[should be all set in] 30 days". I held out hope and I repeatedly called to check on the status of this refinance/car registration, and every time there was an excuse. My calls ultimately were screened or ignored, my inquiries were met with lies and half truths, and the bank made this beyond arduous. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism, the audacious behavior, and the amount of readiness to continuously lie. Never will I say a nice thing about Truist. Their management is lackluster at best and downright inattentive at worst. I should have known that this wouldn't go well, when the original representative gave me attitude over the phone, something I did not inform the manager about. Then again the manager wasn't stellar or reliant in anyway. The only reason I got anywhere was because I called my local DMV and they gave me the information for the third party, that deals with the banks refinance/car registration paperwork.I wouldn't send my enemy to this bank, I have no hope that this bank will get better, their employees improve their work ethic, or that their customers will actually get the help they need. I'd keep my money in my mattress before I'd open an account with them, at least then I'm assured that my finances will be handled according and with better attentiveness.

Awful ..rude customer service..bank teller stuck finger up to my husband's face to quiet him as he was asking further questions. Extremely unacceptable behavior...we advise everyone to not bank at this branch.

Worst bank ever, a constant pain to work with. Disorganized and slow since merger, rude help, and they treat you like a stranger even when you have four accounts and they see you weekly.

I've been banking at Suntrust, Kanner Hwy branch for many years for my business and personal accounts until they closed it after BBT purchased them. The Kanner Hwy branch was awesome, great people and great service inside and at the drive through, very quick in and out. This new Truist branch on US1 and Kanner always seems to be short staffed. The drive through is absolutely terrible half of the time. With one vehicle in front of me, I waited 35 minutes before I could make my single deposit. My son went to make a deposit today and after waiting 45 minutes he decided to get out of the line and never made the deposit. The people are very nice and friendly however, they need to figure out how to make their processes more efficient.
