I was supposed to do this review awhile ago but it came to me today as I was dealing with a situation over the phone and I said to myself “If Liz was helping me this issue wouldn’t be an issue”. I have had the pleasure of meeting her twice for two separate issues and in both instances she was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She assured that everything was squared away before she finished and that’s the type of customer service that’s needed.

Jarell was so helpful with getting my phone unlocked from T Mobile so that I could get service with AT&T after dealing with the absolute nightmare that T Mobile is. Jarell- don't be afraid to make the move and leave the shi! show that T Mobile is. They don't deserve you. Thank you for your help and kindness.

This is the best T-Mobile I have ever been in. That says alot. The associates did what I asked for without saying that's not possible ( like another local store). They didn't try to upgrade my phone or change my plan. They were courteous, informed & helpful. So I felt comfortable to make inquiries. The whole experience was mellow and beneficial. Thank you Jerel & Isaac!

This is a independent owned business from t-mobile, I bought a new I phone and the next day wasn't working, they told me to call the factory to get it repaired. Do not go to this place for any kind of service!

Terrible customer service. I purchased an iPad here. When I received it, it did not work at all. Did not turn on once since I received it. I called T-Mobile to have a new one shipped or to have this one fixed. They told me to call apple. I called apple and they tell me to call T-Mobile. I come back to the store I purchased it from. That was the biggest mistake. The store I purchased it at, used my card at and completed my order said they cannot refund me and I have to call. Every member of T-Mobile has given me the run around. The store manager here has the WORST customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. I do not recommend coming to this store at all.

It seems like this store randomly shuts down. I've called for hours of operation and doors are locked and nobody inside when I arrived during business hours. Weird way to run a business but that was my experience

Brianna and her co-workers helped me switch cell phone providers today and did a great job! I cut my bill in half, kept my number and had by phone cover replaced. It feels and looks brand new! Thank you all!

Had an appointment to upgrade my phone. Sat there for 30 minutes with no one welcoming me or asking what I needed. Totally ignored me. I’m taking my 5 line and $300/month business to Verizon.
