I have never written a review before, but I have to warn other homeowners who hope to hire an honest, capable company. Do NOT use this company. They do NOT know what they are doing. Every item of work we requested of them had to be redone by a new company, doubling the price. They claim to have done days worth of " diligence ", billed us astronomical amounts (that were not agreed to in advance) and, finally, said they cannot do the job. Now I have to pay double for what should have been an easy task. Use any other company, but don't fall trap to this company's dealings.

worst ever, be warned because horrible job, no customer service, spent over $20,000 for job that has to be redone. cant hear tv, they put everything in wrong place

I’ve lived In Fl. full time, since 2004, and was introduced to The Experts by a friend.I’ve used their experience to fix, upgrade and modernize 3 homes. I proudly wear their T shirt.I can’t say how much I appreciate their service, quality and follow up to ensure my satisfaction.I’ve dealt with Austin as he point guard, and Sean, as the guy that’s get it done!Without any questions this company brings sound, inside and out, to a whole new level!Without hesitation, reservation, or second thoughts, Austin et al is the best, you will not be disappointed!5 stars is not enough!They are the best!!In honesty and appreciation,The Expert’s, are just that!

I have to say if great customer service, and old fashioned values are important to you, then this is the company for you. Austin and his crew did an outstanding job. from the initial consultation to the final install everything was smooth and easy.And after they were completed the next day we realized that our outside cable line had been accidentally cut.Austin showed up immediately, troubleshot the issue and completed the repair which wasn't really his responsibility to do.With that kind of customer service and going above and beyond The Experts are the only company to call for all of your audio/video needs!Service: Surround sound installation

We remodeled our entire house - down to the studs. I reached out to The Experts ((Rob).We installed a whole home SONOS system 1). They do excellent work2) The are professional 3) They give you and honest and accurate quotation 4) They follow up 5) They make everything "right"Highly recommend The Experts!

I wish there was more than 5 stars! These guys are amazing! First Austin shows up to size up the job. The guy is very knowledgeable. And that's coming from a guy who used to do IT work! The guy's knowledge base is off the charts. Anyway, the day of the job, Austin shows up with the actual techs that will do the work (Sean and James) just to go over the scope of work and make sure everyone is on the same page. Them Austin left and the guys got to work. They spent most of the day at my house and took care of everything I wanted done. Even managed to do things I didn't even mention. All the extra things that absolutely needed doing only proved that these guys know what they're doing. Very detail oriented and I appreciated that. In the end, I not only got everything done that I wanted but also a number of things that even I would have overlooked. I would absolute recommend The Experts!Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional group of guys!

Matt is finishing up my generator install/hookup this week. He has been pleasant and knowledgeable every step of the way. I feel confident that my wife and I chose the right company for the work. I would highly recommend them for any and all electrical work.

Rob Anderson was knowledgeable, diligent, creative, honest, and caring in pursuing noise reduction strategies and materials for my elderly mother. In fact, he was so honest that he counseled an approach that made the most sense, and worked out perfectly for my mother, but that eliminated his services and the fee his company could have charged had he advised a different approach. We are very grateful.

I called The Experts to help my mother with an AV system remote. I found them through the RTI remote site. Austin was great at helping her get the remote reprogrammed and also made some improvements in the fan setup within the cabinet. They are easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Approximately three weeks ago I posted a review regarding my experience with The Experts. Today I am posting a new review thanks to the quick and efficient response of the owner (Cris) who was unaware of my situation.
The technician arrived on time (has for every appointment) and is beyond knowledgeable (an "expert") in his line of work! He was extremely thorough, neat and patient in regards to teaching me how and why the equipment works the way it does!
This company knows their stuff!!! I will continue to use their services and will recommend them to others!!!
