Nathaniel in Stuart is great.The staff behind the meat counter are terrific; however, I need to know (actual experience) why if there are 7 people waiting at meat counter, why only one person is out front.There are people in the back , however, it would make more sense to me to have customers get in and out.Previously, waited 12 minutes then left while one staff member was giving cooking instructions to a customer as she continued to ask questions.Why not put a buzzer out front , to let those in the back that assistance is needed?The staff in prepared foods is good, but why no number system?If you ask anyone in prepared foods to slice deli cheese whoa! They do not try to hide their annoyance.Lastly, Monica is terrific. I remember her name because she is consistently helpful and pleasant.Martha Bernstein

Sunday 11:am no Hot soups no hot case items other then a couple bowls of chicken wings . What is happening with this store ?This location use to be top notch ! There are many negative reviews in the last few months apparently Corporate is not listening ? . Update Saturday evening 3/02/24 wow food all over the floor . Hot soup containers open and floating all associates look exhausted. I can assure you if a Health inspector had walked in your store would be shut down immediately it was that bad.

Stuart FL store… some suggestions for a more favorable shopping experience… I really like the variety of products you offer in the store and the variety of specials offered each day. However, a more personalized focus on customer service may take your store to the next level: such as pounding boneless chicken breasts thinner (special butcher request), staff available at the deli counter, staff available at the meat counter especially during peak times, signage telling shoppers to form a line for service and having a good supply of daily specials. And, I must comment on the positive experience I have had with some of your staff members: very helpful and friendly and accommodating. Kathy T

This Fresh Markup store is brutally expensive in season or not, and they need way more help preferably smiling helpful people. The ones behind the hot counter are the most useless ones. A ticketing system is useless

Went today, Tuesday 1/23/24 to purchase the ground beef on sale. There were some many people “Hording” the ground beef…5-10 packages in their basket.. that you then had to get in line and wait for the butcher to pack the beef. Not sure if they had run out because I left. Why does nt the management of Fresh Market limit the beef of 1-1.5 lb to say 3? Not a good experience

Food servers not wearing gloves and touching food with hands, cashier texting and looking at her phone while trying to ring up my purchase. Very poor customer service, rude and poor hiegne.

As someone who works at the fresh market, it is one of the worst places I’ve EVER worked at. They also were nasty not once but TWICE to my mother in law in the meat department one specifically was Scott and the other was the Assistant store manager. The Stuart store is going down hill super fast and needs new management almost throughout the ENTIRE store I can only name a few good managers in that store and I can count that on maybe one hand.

This is the second time I’ve placed order for turduckin at thanksgiving. Both times it was not ready. Today it was 20 min in line and then another 20 minutes to make it. And it is thrown together. Second I tried to change pick up time 5 days before I wanted to pick it up . I was passed from asst manager, to manager to cashier and no one knew how to do it. So a gave up on that! But then not to have it ready on Wednesday afternoon before thanksgiving was unconscionable! What is going on?

I love my Fresh Market in Stuart. I live in Port Saint Lucie and thought I would try the newly opened store in Port Saint Lucie, but quickly realized that I preferred my store in Stuart. If it were closer I would probably be there daily.

We always make a stop at The Fresh Market when visiting friends in Stuart. They never disappoint with their fabulous prepared foods, fresh fruits and vegetables and wonderful desserts!
