I have a puppy bought from there with a liver shunt. They won’t do anything about it and the owner threatened me with a lawyer. ?. Everything I say is 100% and I have documents proving every thing. 3 Vets and letters from the vet. They are not an honorable place. My puppy has almost died SEVERAL times and no matter what proof I send, it’s not enough. I have spent over $3k in vet bills in 2 months not to mention ton the surgery which will be anywhere from $2k-5k. I’ve done my part. Where is Noble Paw??? I think there has been too many of us to let them skate by. They need to be shut down PERMANENTLY!!!!

You have yet to pay THREE of your employees after falsely accusing us of ‘stealing’ a puppy. the client surrendered the puppy back to you and then requested the puppy back to which Jill Scott agreed to. There is no proof of anyone stealing a puppy (who by the way had a heart murmur they were fully aware of). And trust, if im ‘stealing’ a puppy, it won’t be a puppy that’s been exposed to parvo. You rehired Kass Dibbley who was a bully and overdosed puppies on meds that left them feeling lethargic and ill. Let’s also mention the deceased shihpoo puppy we found in the freezer that your daughter Rachel Scott neglected for OVER A YEAR!!!!!! Amy has seen it, cried, and even contemplated quiting at that point because of the conditions.
You can go ahead and reply and act like im lying but i have pictures and videos to prove it. I could also care less about you involving lawyers because let’s be honest, you don’t have the money for it. The puppies always have parvo or kennel cough and the conditions they live in is sad!

Today is 2weeks since I brought home my puppy. 10 of 14 days, my cavalier was very sick, eventually getting a pneumonia. After seeing 'the vet THEY recommended ', I told them that Taffy had the kennel cough,..THEY dismissed that .
Now I know that Taffy has been to that vet ,at least once before me,..the second time with me,on Wednesday 8/28/24,..by Friday 8/30/24,..she was diagnosed with pneumonia ,by my own vet,...(3lb cavalier) with know genetic disorders, the owners Rachel and Jill still haven't returned any of my phone calls, I've been placing before Labor Day weekend. Because I refused the vet THEY recommended. I think it's a scam!! Hey Rachel, be Noble and please call me back. ? u have my number along with my money that I spent for a Healthy Puppy.

We had a great experience. We just visited for fun. My daughter fell in love. So We got our black & white cocker spaniel with brilliant blue eyes here. Two years later now, we could not be more pleased. She is the perfect addition to our family (and every groomer tells us she’s their favorite and gives her extra bows in her hair for free) Noble Paw even lowered her price to work with us.

Multiple puppies at this store were extremely sick with Parvo on Sunday. Although other puppies were exposed they continued to sell dogs the next day. This store also offers grooming services so keeping the store open was incredibly irresponsible when unable to be completely sure no other puppies were also sick. When asked why they wouldn’t close the store the response was “We still have to sell dogs.” I’d love to know the names of the “ethical breeders” this place claims to use or if you’re just another petland. Animal control stated they have been to the store several times because of complaints of customers purchasing sick and dying dogs but as long as they offer a replacement puppy there’s nothing that can be legally done. Don’t ignore all the one star reviews about cleanliness either. What your doing may not be illegal because dogs are considered property but it is far from ethical and if you told customers they were risking their dogs health by bringing them to be groomed or their new puppy might get sick and die but it’s ok we can replace it! No one would come to your store. Don’t worry I’ll let them know for you.
Since I can’t respond to your review, you would be incorrect you do not know me at all. None of this was opinion. Yes I did hear that the puppies had Parvo and checked myself that you were open the next day and still selling them. You threatening someone doesn’t surprise me though.

Lovely boutique and knowledgeable staff, we went in and fell in love with 2 little fur babies and brought them home! Really pleased with the year of free checkups, the 2 week warranty and the fact the manager calls to check on the puppies.

Don't bother replying to my review. You should be ashamed of how poorly your animals are kept. It was like hitting a wall of smelly dog excrement before even walking into your store. I have read the reviews and the negative ones are most certainly justified. I will be contacting the SPCA on Monday.
Edit: Since you took the time to respond, let me be clear. You are allowing your dogs to live in gross filth and eat their own waste as I and my wife witnessed. This most definitely is neglect under Florida Statute, and just because you have had good reports does not give you the right to have bad ones. Your dogs require constant care not just when you get around to it or during a lucky visit.
