I visited Tire Kingdom due to issues with my Mercedes not starting. This situation caused me considerable stress, particularly regarding the potential costs involved. Mr. Shawn was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He not only alleviated my anxiety but also made me feel welcomed. He thoroughly explained the findings and the necessary repairs to get my vehicle back on the road. I would like to express my gratitude to Shawn for his expertise and, most importantly, his professionalism. Dealing with car issues can be stressful, but having someone like him to guide me through the process made a significant difference. Thank you!

I came out of the gym & my car wasn't starting properly. Next the battery light came on. Immediately thought of Tire Kingdom.
Of course I needed a new battery. Shawn took care of me immediately. I was in & out of there in 35 minutes. He was professional & funny. What a relief. Great job. Merry Christmas 🎄🎁

Between the phone customer service rep and Steph at the store my service was exceptional. What I liked mostly was that they listened to what I was saying and advised me to what I was hoping to accomplish. They both did a great job, thank you!
