Disaster of a Home Depot, stay away or find a different location. Visited this location today: parking lot is always chaos, all of the electrical switches I went to purchase were not on the shelves and needed an associate to get them from being locked up. So I left and didn't want to bother. Went over to the bathroom hardware isle. Entire isle was cluttered with crap. The ladder and forklift was in the way of what I needed. Very unorganized with inventory. Finally went to checkout and half of the self checkout lines were roped off or broke. Only one in person checkout line was available. Lines backed up. Literally left our items on the endcap and went to Lowe's. Painful experience

The older lady working the garden checkout is a bit of a buffoon and is in dire need of customer service training. Only one working kiosk and one mindless worker. Service needs improvement in a big way.

Home Depot sucks!! Do not buy the extended warranty! Biggest rip off ever. Our Rheem hot water heater broke on Tuesday morning. They can't send a technician until the following Monday. The tech can't come because he is over 1 hour away!!! They said they don't have techs in our area even though our town is larger than where they are sending their tech from. Save your money!

washer/dryer not delivered today because delivery person did not have an apartment number.... it was on the original order.... hello??? now I have to suffer without my washer/dryer because of an error that Home Depot/ delivery person made.... totally unacceptable! how about they move me up to tomorrow as a priority... that would be good customer service!!! Home Depot is not delivering my washer/dryer until Thursday!!! they do not care about customer service... buyers beware

I was picking up a curbside order which took too long! I had to call the number twice to let them know I was there. Finally they told me just pull up to front door, which I did. The girl was standing there with my order, I popped the trunk, she loaded my order but never asked who I was or to see my info on my phone? I'm happy I got the order however they need to tweak this and make sure they ask to make sure I'm the right person.

Always helpful staff. My only recommendation would be to avoid it on Saturday. There's too many customers in the store, and if you need an employee to answer detailed questions, they're being pulled in all directions. I can't fault the store for the high traffic! They always seem to have everything in stock. Just moved to the area, so I'm wondering if the negative reviews were from a long time ago?

After not having an electrical junction box at the Stuart Home Depot, Matt from electrical, found one in Juipter. He had it set aside for me and I picked it up from Matt in Juipter.

Couldn’t get anyone to help me load 200 lbs if sand in my car. How sad that a 70 year old woman had to do it herself while a strong young man stood around and tried to get someone on a walker talkie to help me. What was wrong with him?? Oh well, glad I’m tuff!!

looked for 15 mins for someone to help, when I found a 3rd person she tried to find 1 employee. called a few times and said sorry has not responding and left it at that..no one wanted to help answer a simple am I in the right track question. 2 mins of someone's time. no one was friendly but 1 employee in the blinds.
