We had an experience at a local StorageMart location where the in-store representative was unfortunately not very flexible or easy to communicate with. However, when we called customer support, Lizzy truly turned the situation around.

I went to this location today to inquire about a unit and Idania was there to help me. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. I didn’t end up renting a unit but I would come back here.
