“I needed to rent a 20' and 26' one-way rental trucks on separate occasions. The staff was helpful and attentive, returning phone calls promptly. I needed extra blankets on the second trip, and they were out of them. The manager called around to their other locations, found them, and then went and picked them up for me so they would be there when I picked up the truck. Great customer service all around.”

“Had to rent a UHaul to move some stuff. I tented out of Hobe Sound which they post as being in the Winn Dixie Plaza behind Dunkins, but trucks are actually behind Winn Dixie next to the dumpsters. You have to call the company and get the truck key from a Lockbox right there. It was quick and Hassle free.”

“Always helpful staff. My only recommendation would be to avoid it on Saturday. There's too many customers in the store, and if you need an employee to answer detailed questions, they're being pulled in all directions. I can't fault the store for the high traffic! They always seem to have everything in stock. Just moved to the area, so I'm wondering if the negative reviews were from a long time ago?”

“Fantastic experience. U-Haul had me scheduled to pick up a truck at an unmanned location in Port St Lucie which turned out to be a treed lot. I stopped off and spoke to Orlando who said he would see what he could do to get a truck for me for when I needed it. That night U-Haul corporate changed my pickup location to Okeechobee, an hour away. Again I stopped off and spoke to Orlando, he told me to give him until noon the next day which is when I needed the truck for and he would get me a truck. Sure enough the next day came Orlando called me at 11am and said the truck was ready. Orlando drove an hour away to get the truck for me. That is the best customer service experience I have ever had with U-Haul. Thank you Orlando. Bill”
