I visited the Ulta store in Jensen Beach and was really disappointed with the customer service. The employees were standing around chatting with each other instead of helping customers. It felt like no one was available or interested in assisting. I expected a better experience from a store like Ulta. The cashier was rude!

I absolutely loved my visit at Ulta yesterday. The girls are very friendly and helpful. They have really improved in the last couple of years. Highly recommend this store.!!

Happy returns
I had a great experience making a Happy Return at Ulta in Pineapple Commons, Jensen Beach, FL. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Veronica was a great help teaching me about a new concealer product and technique. Also she helped me find some new magnetic lashes. I made an appointment for the next day so Kelly could teach me how to apply the magnetic lashes; I appreciate the time and care she took with me. While waiting for my appointment., Jasmine guided me on new skin care products to treat my rosacea. Amanda set me up with some new mascara by Benefit which I like very much! Everyone took time to help me and review options. I had a great couple of days at Ulta! I’m still smiling!

Very odd experience today. I drove half an hour to “shop locally”. It was late morning, and the store was not busy.
I finally found my first item at the back of the store and proceeded to use the testers to determine the right color. After a couple of minutes a man politely asked me to get out of the aisle as they needed to do some scanning. (Inventory?) He then informed me that they had been “waiting for you” to move. So instead of helping me or giving me another minute or two, they evidently watched me use two testers, select my item, look at a related item in the same display, and then informed me that me my time was up. I was so embarrassed. Needlessly embarrassed.
I came to this store to purchase three or four items, but left empty handed.
I can very, very easily shop elsewhere.

Jenn is a gem! She went above and beyond to help me not only find the products I needed in store but also recommend daily practices to help me with my skin care and shed light on why the issues I’ve been having are even happening. 10/10, would recommend.
Richard was also extremely helpful when cashing me out and very thorough in explaining any perks and points I’ll be eligible for at the store level.
Great store - phenomenal staff.

AT did an amazing job on my choppy pixie. I had grown my hair out for 3 months due to a botched cut at another salon, and I was worried about having someone new cut it. AT looked at all of my reference images and checked in with me frequently to make sure I liked everything. She is incredibly talented!!!
The one thing I would say is that there needs to be a sign at the salon that says “Please do not disturb stylists when with a client”. So many people kept walking over to ask questions about where products were/sales. It was a nuisance for her to have to pause and try to help or call over a sales associate while cutting my hair.

Jami the sales manager was very rude. I know you guys close at 9pm. It was 6minutes left and she was after me telling me “we close at 9pm” I know, thank you! I was looking for an specific color of lipstick and she stated “we don’t even have a tester of those” and guess what? I found it myself!…I understand they need to close but I was there way before 9pm and was trying to shop for my birthday but what a horrible experience it was, not helpful at all and the feeling “rush we are closing in 6 minutes” was not a good customer service from the sales manager!!

Salon customer service is EXCELLENT. I was seen on time! Kelly, an elite stylist, is a professional, thorough, and careful stylist. She listened to my concerns on hair products. She gave good advice on hair care. I was happy with her service that I did some shopping at the store though I didn't plan to! I'd give this place more than five stars if I could!

Ulta has such a sweet and helpful staff. I had a return that easily spun into an exchange due to the incredible organization their location maintains. Not only were Alyssa and Nava very pleasant with customers but Nava was engaging and made sure that the sale price on my items matched the system which required a lap around the store and a manager - which she executed with ease and a smile. I’m not into makeup, but the staff here makes me want to find more reasons to come in! I prefer this location over Tradition.

The manager with the brown hair was FABULOUS. Just came in the day after Christmas and was greeted by an employee named Avery. She was super rude and did not care to try to help but the manager came over and helped us and was able to help us find what we needed! The manager is fabulous!

I want to share a deeply disappointing experience I had at the Stuart Ulta store involving a cashier worker named ALANA at register 2. From the moment I interacted with her, she was extremely disrespectful, rude, and carried a nasty attitude. She was loud, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful, leaving me feeling not only unwelcome but also singled out.
Her behavior made me feel as though I was being discriminated against, and that is absolutely unacceptable. Instead of offering assistance or resolving my concerns, she only added to the frustration with her dismissive attitude. This type of treatment has no place in a store that claims to value its customers.
I am writing this as a warning to other customers who might shop at this location. This experience was not only upsetting but also shocking, given how important customer service should be in an environment like Ulta.
I strongly urge management to address this issue immediately. No one should leave a store feeling the way I did after dealing with ALANA. If this is the level of service that Stuart Ulta allows, it’s hard to see how customers will feel comfortable returning.
