Heidi Sauber and the entire Team at Unitas lending have done the impossible, helping me do a home refinance being self-employed.
It's very hard to run a business and look poor to the IRS and look viable to a lender.
Heidi and her team including Pam Thompson and Brent Starts all went the extra mile to work to make sure I could provide all the documentation I needed to get funded, it took a fair amount of documentation for the lenders, and they were in communication with me and fighting on my behalf to make this happen, they even got me better home insurance at a better rate thanks to Barbara at Access Insurance Protection.
I was able to refinance all of my debt, have one single payment that is over $1000 less per month, and improve my credit rating in the process.
They did a lot of hard work and helped me to the finish line. I can't say enough, but hopefully this will do. Very happy, and very pleased with the non-stop above-and-beyond service I received from their entire team and partners.
