After visiting another UPS store and a UPC distribution center, this store was able to help me with the package I needed to mail. The owner and his staff were very helpful, patient and accommodating. They are all valuable employees and your organization is lucky to have them. I highly recommend this location!

The kid with the long hair is always sitting on the counter looking at his phone, I have yet to see him work. And the notary has no clue what’s she’s doing, she tried to cross things out on my legal document because they said Mississippi, when I told her she couldn’t change the context of my document she said she couldn’t notarize it, think she needs to take the class again or they need to hire someone more knowledgeable.

I had a great experience returning my amazon package at this UPS. Miguel and Gabby were friendly, efficient, and made the process super easy. Miguel and Gabby both greeted me with a smile. Gabby scanned my QR code, took care of the packaging, and had me in and out in under five minutes. Excellent customer service—highly recommend!

Had the Pleasure of Meeting one of your customer service Reps Mary, I have never had such a wonderful experience at any other UPS Store and usually go with FedEx for that reason. Once arriving at the store Mary greeted with a smile and provided the utmost greatest customer experience I’ve had in a long time. If you need your package shipped with care make sure to check with Mary before you ever step foot into a USPS or FEDEX. Thanks Mary!
