Don't even deserve the 1 star. Went in to try and find out how much it would be to ship a package, and the lady at the counter wanted to just explain to me how I had filled out the address wrong. When I told her I just needed to know how much it was going to cost so I could compare it to a UPS price, she continued to harp on that it was filled out wrong. Eventually I just took it to UPS and shipped it. Worst USPS I have ever been in.

Submitted my change of address 5 weeks prior to moving for myself and my business. Supervisor says sorry we have no record of this you have to go on a computer and do it again. What about my mail? I have no idea. But you need to go on a computer and spend a dollar 20 for each submission. No wonder we hate the post office.

I have never experienced so much disrespect and rudeness in a post office. I can’t name this two women because they didn’t have a name tag, I know the office manager name is Maria and African-American lady don’t know her name, but they were both very disrespectful, nasty, rude (I am trying to upload the video of the incident). The line was long, I was waiting for my turn, I was with my child, I had a couple of things in my hand, and I put it on the counter top while waiting. My turn came, and when I was about to pick my stuff, the black lady called the person behind me to cut in front of me. I told her that was very disrespectful and rude, since I was waiting for a long time, and I was in a rush. Just because I turned to get my package from the counter top. Then, when my turn came, she didn’t wanted to see me just because I mention to her whatever she did was very disrespectful. From now on, I prefer to pay whatever extra through FedEx or UPS but I would not go to a Post Office again to send any packages. I left the pictures of the two individuals involved in this incident, I bet you anything I will not be the only one running into this situation with this person. It’s almost like she hates her job.

This is why people aren't using the USPS, I told them that when I return I will pick up mail personally at the Stuart post office. And that they start delivering my regular mail on 9/5 . I went to the post office this morning and my held mail wasn't they the post office said it was out for delivery today. This is why I don't use the US postal service no they are useless

While Ahmad was great, the facility looks like a dump. The front windows are covered by cod webs and dirt. Haven't been cleaned in months. How difficult is it? Why is this Town so dirty and nobody sees it? Guess Mr DeJoy doesn't care.

Not helpful and rude. They have helped me packed before because the boxes are confusing. I was on the phone and Robin had the nerve to tell me to get off my phone. Please hire new people. They are useless and the line was very long because they were slow. No wonder why this post office has a low rating.

My parcel dissappeared while in their possession. Tracked it all the way from washington to the stuart florida post office, then dissappeared while marked 'out for delivery.' Never was marked delivered. Now its just gone-dissappeared-like magic. The delivery person "hit the wrong function button when they delivered it" Their response. Ya right, very shady.

If i could give them negative stars I would. This is absolutely THE worst post office location I've ever been to, including ones in nj/nyc/pa .. there's never been a single employee in all the years I've had to go there that isn't incredibly rude, disrespectful, miserable, or who actually knows what they're talking about. They'll all tell you a different answer or different way for something to be done and it's an endless cycle of extra time and money wasted by the time something actually gets sent correctly. One time the one woman who works there argued with me, in the most unprofessional way as per her usual self, when I showed her the actual usps website where it stated what criteria makes a letter, a package, etc and she told me "yea I know it says that but that's not what we do. " they have taken sharpie and written across an entire manilla sized envelope that this can't send because it was insufficient postage, even though I did it through their kiosk. Pretty sure destroying someone's mail like that is an actual crime. It's always an unorganized, low stocked mess and since many boxes and mailers had the price label fall off never to be replaced, if you ask them the price of the box itself they give an attitude when telling you an answer, as if you are causing them a huge inconvenience. I DREAD coming to this location and try to avoid it at all costs. Most recently I went to send a box of 2 medications, and before I could tape the box she looked in and rudely raised her voice a bit and told me "that's medication you can't send that through the mail" I, in my scrubs, asked her "since when?" And she with full attitude scoffed at me and said "since ever. " when i told her that the law does prohibit random medicine mailing, there are certain people or companies that absolutely can mail out someone's rx medication with proper documentation. I even showed her this on the again usps official website and she rolled her eyes and told me "no. Medication can not ever be sent through usps." .. only come here if you have zero other choice, otherwise I suggest avoiding it like the plaque and going to the Salerno location. Or honestly paying a little extra to go through the UPS store is well worth not coming to this location.

I've used this location many times and found the staff helpful and mostly knowledgeable, on occasion there's been a newer hire with less experience but others have stepped up to help. I don't understand the many complaints here.

the WORST customer service. The lady who answers the phone has the worst attitude. Truly awful experience. Guess the standard is pretty low there.
