No Stars of possible! Pathetic! I cannot believe that this facility can serve the public? No accountability! I am there at least once or twice a month to solve a delivery of mail and or package issue? This is absurd! Government working its magic!

This is the worst run facility I’ve ever tried to get help from. The supervisor refused to say anything except a package was delivered to the address. He refused to listen to me. There is a reason for the 2.1 stars folks is anyone reading this locations reviews because they need to have sit down with the Supervisor.Its obvious he doesn’t want to be bothered by customers issues.Now it seems that mail is being stolen from the docks of mail facilities around Martin and Saint Lucie county. Who is held accountable for security at the facilities?

Although employees are grossly underpaid and the US Postal Service in general, including this office, is also grossly understaffed,. they still get it done.All the rude, whiney folks posting pathetic comments, berating the employees, ought to remember, if you're voting Republican, this is what that creates. Boo Hoo.

I have been trying to get my mail issue sorted out for over 2 months with this place. The man who answers the phone is so rude and now does not even take our calls..... YES the phone rings until he picks it up and hangs it up. Sad that as residents of Stuart we have to put up with this horrible service. If this was a private business they would have been out of business years ago.

In general, my experience here was far from great. I'm giving it 5 stars based on 1 person who works there. Sometimes it just takes one! Shoutout to Star, an intelligent, caring person who believes in customer service!! She took the time to listen and act! She went above and beyond to locate my certified letter and for that I am grateful!

I felt so bad. My wife and I called this place not knowing they closed at 4pm. Somebody answered anyway and I'm so grateful he did. Even though there was not much we could do about the situation we were facing, they still answered our call. Thank you.

Avoid this place at all costs. Dont go there. Go to the Jensen Beach post office or the one in Downtown Stuart. Im still looking for a package that was signed there from Fed ex. They should just shut this place down because its useless.
