DO NOT BUY a puppy from this pet store. We bought a $3000 Cavalier that didn’t appear to be sick until we got it home that evening. Had a wellness appointment immediately that was part of the purchase with Wags About You and the doctor put our puppy on antibiotics.
However, the antibiotics weren’t strong enough didn’t do the job the dog wound up getting PNEUMONIA!
Had to make an emergency appointment as my Puppy was having a hard time breathing. Wound up taking chest X-rays, additional stronger antibiotics, along with a second antiviral prescription and nebulizer for three weeks straight. This illness was all connected to the original vet visit that wags about you covered, but they refuse to cover any medical bills connected to this illness after that..
3 weeks after purchasing puppy $700 later and poor little guy was SICK FROM DAY ONE!
Money making cheap owners of this store can’t even help cover part of the vet bill they are responsible for. They don’t care about the puppies just the sales.

This is a horrible institution. 3-4 puppies per crate. So many puppies have yellow stains from their urine and not being washed off after that. $3,000-$4,000 dollars for a puppy. This is just awful. I wished they'd ban breeding for several years. The Humane shelters are all full. Go rescue and stop this breeding ridiculousness!

Upon walking into Wags, we were warmly greeted by Kira and Keyonna. We browsed and asked questions. Then, we were able to sit in a cozy secure area to hold puppies one at a time. We checked out the male Morkies and the female Yorkie. The store was super clean and the puppy cribs were free of all pee/poo. As we sat visiting with puppies, the ladies continually greeted customers with smiles and hellos.
Keyonna explained all the paperwork and initial care and tips for our Yorkie! She invited us to call with any questions or concerns. Kira followed up with checkup calls.
We must say the customer service is the best! Thank you ladies for making our experience with Wag's About Us so great. 🥰

UPDATE: The store manager just reached out to me in reference to my review that was left (see below). They stated that due to my bad review, they will no longer be helping me with my recently purchased dog who is ill. Even though I’m still within their 14 day window as stated in the contract.
I am writing this with immense frustration and sadness. I purchased a puppy from this store, expecting a healthy, happy addition to my family. What I got instead was a seriously ill puppy who was not showing signs of sickness but almost immediately after being brought home infected all the other dogs in my household (who are FULLY vaccinated).
What’s even more appalling is the store’s complete lack of accountability. I went to the store to speak with the manager to inform them of the situation. They showed zero compassion, offered no support or reimbursement, and flat-out refused to take responsibility for selling a sick animal.
This is not just about money—this is about the health and well-being of living animals. Their negligence and indifference have caused suffering for my dogs and incredible emotional distress for my family. On top of this heartbreaking experience, the staff at Wags About You- Stuart location are rude and have no empathy or emotion. Again, I will emphasize THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY OR THE ANIMALS. ONLY THEIR MONEY.
If you care at all about animal welfare or the safety of your pets, do not buy from this place. They are irresponsible, unethical, and clearly more interested in profit than the lives they affect.

We got our little puppy from Wags About You in November 2024. Our experience with Wags @ Boca was nothing but EXCEPTIONAL!! The staff’s friendliness and extensive knowledge solidified our decision in getting our puppy from them. We worked with the staff for a month and throughout the whole time they were extremely understanding and flexible to our needs. Specifically Bob , who checked back with us multiple times to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The 2 girls there were absolutely wonderful and let us take all the time we needed when choosing our puppy. There just isn’t enough great things to say about them. Our puppy is a happy healthy girl, and if we ever are looking to get another we will be back!

We bought a puppy from here, dachshund/mini poodle (doxiepoo), and he was so sweet, but itching all over, made odd noises when breathing, rubbing his butt all over and when we went to the vet they “suggested” we use (for them to cover any cost of vet fees per the contract) there were HUGE red flags. The vet gave us drops for the ears at first, then when we took him back because the issue was only getting worse they took him to the back and gave him an antibiotic shot for “staph infection caused by anal gland blockage”. When I spoke with Wags they said the vet never said that. Uh I didn’t make that up out of thin air and also, then why were we charged for an antibiotic shot. When I started questioning wags about what the heck was really going on they immediately offered a refund upon return if the dog. They KNOW something was not right with that dog and when we started questioning they didn’t want to deal with it. Neons let them fool you, they make sure to call numerous times after you adopt their dog acting as if they are concerned for the wellbeing of the dog and satisfaction of the customer, but as soon as you ask any questions or voice any concerns they give you the runaround of “oh we will have a manager reach out.” I am so mad we didn’t just adopt like we typically like to do!

Highly recommend Wags About You!
My husband and I took home a beautiful baby Maltese a few months ago. They were very thorough with his medical care, and their puppy packet was full of information!
He is perfectly healthy, the way they vet their breeders is amazing. They give you so much details about where you fur baby comes from. It was so helpful when we made our decision.
We couldn’t be happier! Thank you all so much!

I had a special order puppy. We'll lets start from day 1 of pick up. Everything went smoothly, except for a grade 1heart murmur. I kept looking at my puppy and saying he looks different then the picture. Everyone who met my puppy I showed them the picture I was giving from wags and everyone even all the vets said its a different puppy. Alot darker then the picture. Continue ..Follow up the following Friday with there vet. Horrible experience she just sat on the floor asked a few questions, didn't even check the puppy until I asked aren't you going to check his heart murmur her reply was he has a heart murmur??. Left immediately called my vet. They saw me monday. We'll I have a very sick puppy, grade 4 heart murmur, upper respiratory infection, anemic, very lethargic. Next day had a appointment with a puppy cardiologist drove almost 2 hours had to pay out of pocket for the test, confirmed it is a grade 4 heart murmur. Wednesday had to go back to my vet for blood work. They confirmed the upper respiratory infection, and anemia. So had to pay for antibiotics and iron drops and special food.
Now for wags not once has the OWNER called me. Not once.. I would call and the manager was not in yet. Would call a few hours later but no resolution. I sent them all the medical test, results and receipts a this point I can see they don't care especially the owner. I'm very disappointed in Wags very. I also asked for the breaders information and nothing. Let's see what's happens after posting this
